The regular bread that’s made fresh on weekdays is okay and worth buying. However, pastries like Napoleon, cream puffs, donuts, and other desserts are not fresh at all. They taste like they’ve been sitting for days, so I wouldn’t recommend those.

First time having this or anything at a cinnabon, but definitely don't regret it. Gave in to my guilty pleasure 🙈🤗 when I tried the double chocolate mocha chillatta 🤤 (3.11.2021). Loved that it wasn't overly sweet. Thirst quenching, given the heat today. The server was also very nice. Update...today had myself my regular this time the server enlargened it hahah 11.19.2021 went back for another round...this time had the double chocolate mocha chillatta w/added oreos...all I have to say is....�

I always come here and the customer service is amazing💯💯💯 They are always so friendly and work super hard and if they make a mistake(WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND NOBODY IS PERFECT) they fix it without any issues😍😍😍 Alot of other fast food places should learn from this place because the customer service is 100 and top notch💯💯💯 I have been coming here for years even when they had the other location around the block and will keep coming here as long I live in this area💯💯💯

Don’t ever order from here over delivery service. Whatever you order they just send a small cooler without ice inside a sealed bag that the driver can’t check.

This Baskin-Robbins is perfectly adequate. It might not be fast, and the staff might not be very nice, but you’ll get some ice cream. There’s a little seating inside, which is nice, but overall, the experience isn’t going to blow you away or anything. On the bright side, you can get some Dunkin while you’re here too.

first time trying ice cream at this baskin-robbins. I went for the reese’s peanut butter cup, but surprisingly didn’t love it, even though I’m a big fan of reese’s. Pralines ‘n cream, though? We’re ordering a Ice caramel cooloda and the employee keeps saying no we don’t have that and he does understand instead of describing it he not describing or saying what it is when it’s right there on the board and we orders it earlier it’s basically ice caramel just extra caramel and they not allowing it and he’s Indian both of people working there and not understanding and the other person is just washing his hand for 10 MINUTES not trying get into it and there’s a lady just looking she looked

This bakery has more of an old fashioned vibe but with a modern taste, delicious pastries and cakes, the bread is still being cut for you on the spot.

So there was a snafu with my order and while I wasn’t exactly happy as it happened in Christmas Eve, the staff/owner were all very nice and they’re a small business doing what they can on a holiday with their family. Plus their baked goods are delicious! Two stand outs are the black sesame Swiss rolls and the durian cream puffs. Good bakery, the buns are a decent size. The matcha bun that I got didn’t have much matcha flavor but was good regardless. The interior design is very cute though! There’s indoor seating as well.

I never leave reviews but it was so good I just had to. I bought about 6 baked goods and every single one was delicious. Not a single miss. And everything is so affordable. We ordered Mango Cloud 2 cake and it was really really delicious, very light and airy. We usually can never finish a birthday cake but we could eat this whole cake in one sitting. Absolutely amazing experience. It made our day.

This place is terrible. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They hire people who don’t even understand basic English. You try to order something and they can’t understand you, then they tell you something back and you can barely understand them either. I told the lady to scan my app for a offer, and she kept repeating that my Dunkin card balance was low. I told her I was going to pay with my bank card and that I don’t use the Dunkin card, but she just kept repeating the same thing. In the end,

We've had super hot days this summer. It's nice to pop in here for some ice cream. The employees were nice and friendly. It can get busy there. It's a small establishment and standard to pretty much all Carvel's. It's convenient and right at an intersection. They have a yummy Reeses sundae in a tall cup, full of yummy peanut butter chunks. It's sweet but good. Woukd get it again! My son chose a chocolate shake, and my husband got a cappuccino crunch to take home. All were good.

Finally opened after seeing the sign up there for over a year. The one next to the train station closed and it wasn’t that good. This one is further down but everything tasted fresh and not old and dated looking. Customer service was good and inviting. Dunkin’s are going to be great or bad no in between. This place was busy when I got there, with several parties ordering drinks and buns from the displays. Owner was very nice and was introducing me to products. I picked up a fish sandwich bun and ordered the house special chow mein and it was made to order right away. Big portions for the price. My noodles were too oily though, will ask to be made with less next time.

Grabbed a $2.19 donut super early, paid with a $5, and ended up with a few coins back. Honestly, who's really counting change at that hour? It's a small thing, but definitely inconvenient. Make sure you count your change carefully if you're using cash, especially when you're not fully awake.

We had a great experience! Ordered a 2-tier cake, cookies, cake pops and pretzels for a baby shower. Everything was beautiful and just what we asked for (wish I had pics of everything). The cookies (favors) were adorable! A very nice size and very reasonably priced. And the cake was delicious! Everyone was raving about it. The owners were also so nice, helpful and professional. the workers here act as if they cannot scan for or accept coupons. they're snarky and rude for no reason. i was charged once for an extra donut on purpose. another time there was a homeless person in the store high off of something and folding over one of the seats. do not bother with this location, it's disgusting and utter trash. never coming back again.

Hello, Let me start to say this store is very busy in morning but the team always make sure you get your coffee quickly. I never get problem with them, they are friendly and do the best they can because I repeat this store is crazy busy. Am happy to see them and get my coffee every morning on my way to work.

Modern Coffee House/Strawberry Bun Cake: The stairway entrance kind of reminds me of the stairs at Wo Hop when I previously explored Chinatown. This bun cake is light and spongy. It wasn’t too overpowering or sweet and it’s definitely an acquired taste.

The iced coffee is ten times better than Dunkin or Starbucks. The hot coffee is just as good.

Their chicken pattice is of poor quality and poor taste. They sell low grade cake as “Aflatoon”, how ridiculous! The one star is for the tea which tasted good (too sugary though).

Tasty bakery items! I love their chicken curry puffs and their cream and coconut buns. Can’t forget to mention the coffee, whether it’s hot or iced, it’s always good. I love that for their iced coffees, they add sugar and melt it down with some hot coffee so that it doesn’t just sit at the bottom like some other places do (DD).

Bakery items are good here and usually service is outstanding. However, for some reason, yesterday, this rude, young girl with no customer service skills, who processed our checkout, was already running around with an almost, hostile, angry, impatient, miserable, bad vibes type-of-demeanor.
