Ordered via UberEats, buy 1, get one and didn’t receive my entire order. Almost no one takes their time anymore. Everyone is on a move overly talking or in their mobile device. All you have to do is complete the job the correct way.

Best spot in the entire area imo. The place is clean and has a very appeaking atmosphere. The food is always fresh tasing not expensive for how much you get. The fish and shrimp are real good because they will fry them fresh. Not a lot of seasoning but simplicity is a strength.

This update is for the Door Dash driving. I wish I could leave a half star. I ordered from Kokio Chicken & Beer using their delivery method which is Door Dash. I paid for a quick delivery of 30 minutes instead of the standard time 45 minutes to 1 hour. The food arrived within 1 hour, so I was ripped off for that. Wow! This was incredible. A whole chicken and two generous sides for $70 is an amazing value, especially considering the quality. I have been taking out grilled chicken from this spot for many years.573 chicken is always delicious. The sides I like and recommend are the lemon/Greek potatoes. The reason I have them at 4 stars for food today is that they've been lacking the green sauce. It's not a sauce or a salsa anymore, it's seasoned water. The reason I rated the atmosphere 5 stars is not a bad thing, as this is not a joint meant for sit-in, and as such, it is clean and appropriately “atmospheric” for that.

Came here for a quick bite, and the food was exceptionally delicious! 😋 We arrived about an hour before closing, but the owner was still very welcoming and gave us a great overview of the menu, which had a wide range of options to satisfy any craving. We tried the guac burger and the American classic burger, and both were extremely juicy, fresh, and even better than some of the burgers I’ve had in Manhattan.
