They need to hire better employees at this location. I waited 10 min for my bakery item. So I asked one guy to check on it and he said he would. I stand there for 5 min more and watch him stand around chatting. I wave him down and say where is it? He then proceeds to ask the one girl in which she says “oh yea we don’t have anymore, would you like a replacement or refund?” Like what the heck. I’ve only been standing here 15 min now and not one person let me know they ran out. So frustrating since

I’m so happy to see Gong Cha here in New York! This is one of my favorite milk tea brands from South Korea. I’ve been to Korea many times, and I always make sure to stop by Gong Cha for their milk tea—it’s consistently delicious and refreshing every single time. I ordered my usual: classic milk tea with black tea, 30% sugar, and no boba. I love that Gong Cha lets you customize your drink exactly how you want it—sugar level, ice level, and toppings. The tea flavor really comes through, not too s

This is a lovely spot that’s definitely worth checking out! 👌 The space is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or a relaxed meal. The staff really stand out! they’re friendly, attentive, and efficient, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. 🙌🏼 During my visit, the food and drinks were excellent. Hungry Ghost Coffee is a charming café in Williamsburg with an atmosphere that immediately stands out. From the outside, it has a cozy cottage-like appearance that almost feels like a small house hidden away in the woods. It creates a welcoming first impression and gives the café a lot of character compared to many other coffee shops in the area. Inside, the space feels open, bright, and comfortable. The layout is inviting without feeling crowded, making it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy a c

Got the wrong order at Hungry Ghost and somehow ended up at the back of the line for it. The barista served three other customers, restocked, cleaned…and only then fixed my drink. No apology, no urgency, just a bad attitude. We all have off days so I put it behind me. Went in a second time and there were no customers. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while she intentionally made me wait. Never again!

Le Gaz is the cutest, quirkiest little coffee shop — tiny in size but big in personality! I loved the cozy, corky vibe the moment I walked in. Despite its small footprint, the space feels welcoming, warm, and full of charm. Their matcha and coffee were both excellent — smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to slow down for a moment and just enjoy your drink. A delightful hidden gem. Highly recommend stopping by for a great cup and a fun, memora

A great place to get coffee then withdraw cash or apply for a credit card. It’s half cafe and half bank. Not only is the cafe gorgeous and well maintained and bright, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The coffee is well priced (50% off menu price if you have a credit or debit card with Capital One) and is excellent. Just as Costco sells a $1.50 hotdog or a $5 rotisserie chicken exclusively for their members, Capital One delivers a boutique cafe experience at Dunkin’ level prices. Going

Great spot for a coffee. Staff is friendly and the quality of the coffee is very high. They have lots of options for drinks with rotating seasonal flavors. They have different types of pastries if you are looking for something to eat. There is some seating inside if your looking to hang out for a bit. Parking is street parking in astoria so be aware you might have a little challenge but I always seem to find a spot relatively quick.

Came here on a whim while walking around aimlessly as an out of towner. I was trying to go to Cafe 12 for matcha but the line was long as heck. I said nah and found this. I was SO pleased and delighted to have found this spot! They had a lot of good matcha options on the menu. It was cute and tiny inside. I ordered a strawberry matcha and it was so good. It was like $8 but it was pretty big ! Larger than most places I’d say. The homemade strawberry puree was fresh and delicious. The matcha was s

The manager treated me terribly because I had a little dog with me who has a service certificate. She was laying next to me in my raincoat, and her body never touched the furniture. The manager confronted me in a disgusting manner because I went to the Beth room and asked the man at the next table to kindly watch my dog for two minutes while I went to the bathroom When I came out of the bathroom the manager in a disgusting accusatory tone told me I had left dog unattended. I genuinely love coming here—this was actually my second visit today, which says everything. I stopped in for a light brunch, and it’s quickly become one of those places you keep going back to without thinking. The menu is simple but exactly what you want—great coffee, a few really well-done pastries The atmosphere is what really makes it. It’s quiet, cozy, and feels like a hidden escape in the middle of Chelsea. Not too overcrowded, not chaotic—just a really nice space to slow down for a bit.

Great experience all around! I stopped by the coffee shop and was really impressed great coffee, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I also love that the same ownership runs one of the best real estate brokerages in the area. It’s rare to see the same level of professionalism and quality in both hospitality and real estate. Absolutely recommend!

Customer service has always been great, I've enjoyed the varous coffee drinks, and I am happy to have the cafe in my immediate neighborhood. However most recently, I was very disappointed in customer service. For some reason, my to-go cups always leak quite a bit from underneath the lid. So much so that wrapping napkins doesn't prevent coffee from dripping on my clothes. Yesterday's coffee had to be tossed out as it was dripping on the floor at my meeting and the napkins had soaked through. I f

Need a place to relax? Just passing through the city? Whenever I’m in NYC you’ll find me at Three Jewels. It’s the perfect spot for all things mindfulness. I am a long-time consumer of Oren’s coffee beans, from the specialty orange label super fragrant, fruity Colombia beans to Jamaica Blue Mountain to Swiss water decaf. I almost tried everything. I’d say their quality is quite nice, probably only Sey coffee and red bricks from UK can top it. As a roaster, I love them. But the in store coffee quality is quite inconsistent. I had sour, bitter, plain coffee, but never had a good cup.

The Chinatown in Brooklyn stretches for about 20 blocks. If anybody ever been to Chinatown, it is very busy and it’s hard to park. It almost looks like they’re giving everything away for free. I went to Lucky Lucky Coffee today, and the barista was really friendly. The matcha was good, and the place is cute. However, I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Bento, and honestly, the picture looked much better than the actual plate. The box was mostly rice, and the “beef” made up only about 9% of it. Why only 9%? Most of the beef was fatty and not very flavorful. I was really disappointed, and I ended up throwing almost the entire box away, which made me feel bad. For $16 per plate, I could go to an

Adventuring around Brooklyn Heights area and popped in here for some gelato and espresso….both very tasty.
