Warm and inviting for a chilly day. Had the best toasted pastrami salmon open sandwich ever. The coffees were great. And typical American chewy cookies, was yum. Lovely intimate place to pass the cold away.

coffee here is pretty good and they have a nice selection of treats with lots of vegan options too. they have some great syrup flavors as well for coffee. it is a bit dark inside and tables are kind of small to work from but overall a nice spot to chill and grab coffee or work a bit. it is a bit pricey especially with alt milk up charge but kind of classic for New York coffee prices!!

Just over a month ago I walked into this Starbucks and it was very short staffed. There were two young men working MD Anas and Josiah. They definitely deserve recognition because of not only the customer service skills they used but the order that they kept between delivery pick ups, customer inhouse orders and maintaining a quite and non rowdy environment. Everything went smoothly. They apologized and kept communication with customers at all times. Thanks for making it a great experience

I just want to add that I come here almost everyday and while everyone is pleasant, Jackie and Ant are my two favorites. They go above and beyond everytime making sure I get my warm welcome. Why? Why would you come here when there are amazing, unique, coffee houses within minutes of this location? There is espresso 77 around the corner which has unique drinks, the new coffee shop from Yemen down the block, the Colombian Over the Moon and the Asian Artisan a few blocks away. Do not waste your time or money here. Starbucks is mediocre coffee and high sugar drinks. A waste.

The interior of The Chai Spot is lovely and offers a refuge for customers, especially during this bitter cold! My friend and I bought a Coconut Rose to share on a Saturday morning, around 11 am. The drink was slightly sweet and rich. There were not many people inside when we got there. We grabbed a cushion inside and relaxed while escaping from the cold outside. The Chai Spot is a nice third space to hang with friends.

I went with my wife for breakfast and the experience was simply amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and they made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere of the place is spectacular — very cozy and perfect for enjoying a relaxing breakfast. My daughter wanted to do Sinatra Saturday to celebrate her 21st birthday. We were at last night’s 5pm show! Five of us spent the weekend in NY and Sinatra Saturday was definitely the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun. Such a fun vibe. And, fun to go back in time for a bit. Went early on the weekend at opening and there was a line. I got the scones and a iced tea. The scones were declines with the cream and the ice tea was nice and fruity.
