Depressingly low portions. Asked for specific extra veggies (lettuce!) and got the saddest, thinest sandwiches. More bread than filling. Why make sandwiches at these price points if you can't make a proper sandwich? Either you do it right or you adjust your prices. Don't offer garbage because of your margins. Embarrassing.

Finally got back to Subway after they revamped their menu. Ordered a #15 footlong which has double turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion! It was very fresh and delicious! This place is my go to for amazing hero's. They are quick, accurate and efficient. It's somewhere of an assembly line environment, but it WORKS! It's highly organized, and you get in and out quickly. I just want to say that I used to be a dog walker 5 years ago and I used to have breakfast here all the time. Employees were chatting when I arrived at 9:19 and instead of opening the door, one of them (the one in the first clip, moving behind the booth) got up and turned off the “Open” sign, indicating that they’re closed. Mind you, they close at 10pm. I would understand if it was 9:30, or even 9:45. But 9:19?Ridiculous. Subway has people who are not customer friendly owning their franchises and it’s ruining their brand.

I really love Pret and it's a great place for a quick bite. But count your days for this location cause with this manager, people will definitely stop coming including myself. Been a regular here for a while, and it’s surprising to see all the reviews. I see everyone’s experience is different. Maybe because I am a regular but everytime I come in I get greeted and all the workers at the store are attentive and remember my orders. The chicken cutlet here are great and so are the grilled cheeses. I love the beef brisket and salmon made for the hot bar. This is my go-to deli and enjoy my daily stops here.
