Small pit stop with standing tables serving authentic Mexican street food.
Stopped by Los Tacos No. 1 at Grand Central for lunch, and it absolutely lived shortcuts or compromises. There was a long 20-minute queue when I arrived, but don't let that deter you—the line moves fast, and it is 100% worth the wait! The ordering process is super efficient. You choose your style and your tortilla (they offer both excellent corn and flour options). I ordered the Pollo Asado (grilled chicken) and the Adobada (marinated pork) tacos, paired with one of their refreshing Aguas Fresca

Drinks are reasonably priced and well worth it. The hibiscus margarita & la famosa tóxica are my personal favorite. First time here but will most definitely be coming back. The birriaquiles were delicious, wish they were spicier and had more crema and cheese, overall though pretty good in flavor. Service is good, seated quickly, attentive, friendly and accommodating. As well as being helpful in recommending certain items. Good place for family night out or just an evening with friends, tucked aw

Best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Every part of the burrito is made with care and attention (so they each take a while to make by the excellent cooks behind the counter) but it is worth the wait. The homemade salsas alone make me want to go back. Also don’t skip the mushroom and nopale tétela and the horchata latte. Cutest backyard, will definitely go back.

We hosted our baby shower at Panzon in March, and David and the whole team at Panzon were so wonderful to work with! We hosted about 25 people in the back half of the restaurant for a Sunday afternoon event. We were able to do large plate ordering that could have been served buffet style or family style - we went with buffet and drinks a la carte with margarita pitchers out on the tables. Every bite was delicious - guacamole, tuna tostadas, tacos (beef, chicken, fish) and churros for dessert. Da

This isn’t such a bad place to go. Kind of similar to Guac time. The staff are awesome and friendly. The place is kind of small but still got room to eat and dine in. Portions are pretty good considering the price. I paid $12 for a chipotle honey chicken bowl and I was mighty impressed by how much was given to me. They always have a buy get one free deal on over eats which is where I usually order and have delivered but on Friday afternoon I just decided to go to the store and pickup myself so I

Ambiance (4/5): the restaurant has a trendy vibe to it with the decorations, lighting and music. The establishment is a bit narrow but at least they have two floors. both floors have fully stocked bars. We were upstairs in a little area near the windows (a little cold in winter). Fresh tortillas, simple ingredients, and bold Mexican flavors are what make Los Tacos No. 1 one of the most popular food spots inside Chelsea Market. Founded by friends from Mexico and California, the restaurant focuses on authentic street-style tacos made with hand-pressed tortillas, quality meats, and traditional toppings. Cafe Habana is such a cute East Village spot 🌮✨ They have both outdoor and indoor seating, and the inside is adorable. It honestly gives cozy diner vibes in the best way, super casual and fun. The corn is a must. So flavorful and easily one of the highlights 🌽🔥 I also loved the fried plantains… perfectly sweet and so satisfying. If you’re in New York and craving tacos, Los Tacos No. 1 absolutely lives up to the hype. After trying them for myself, I can honestly say they’re some of the best tacos I’ve had while visiting the city. The meat was incredibly flavorful, juicy and cooked perfectly. For the taste, sounds, and excitement of Mexico, this establishment spans three vibrant levels where the fun never runs out. Translated from the Spanish meaning “green life," we stopped at Vida Verde located off of 55th St in Midtown West for a drink, but it definitely would satisfy margarita lovers and other guacamole aficionados. Tacombi was a great spot for a casual meal. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and served on excellent corn tortillas, and the atmosphere had a fun, laid-back vibe. My wife and I stopped here on the way home. We weren’t too hungry, but it looked interesting. And we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a few appetizers to try some things that wouldn’t be too filling. We thoroughly enjoyed everything that we tried. First of all, the flavor of the bean dip with the chips was phenomenal. We are so happy we finally tried El Vez! The food and drinks were exceptional, specifically the frozen margaritas! We tried a wide array of tacos between our party and the Birria tacos were cooked to perfection. The nachos are a thin layer of chips and for the price, we had hoped to have a little more but the quality of the ingredients were amazing! I’d recommend ordering two if you have a party of 4+. How do you have 7 people standing by the register but not acknowledge a customer? Also what’s the point of customizing an order (remove sour cream) only for the employees to completely ignore it? Vegetarian review (but my chicken-eating companion also agrees): The food here is generally quite mild in flavor. Even the salsas, are way too mild in flavor and lack heat. If you're coming from Chipotle, that's the first thing you will notice. While in theory, it seems there are more options but what's the point if they're all bland? Heck, the grilled vegetables don't even seem to be salted. The salsas although they claim to be hot, don't really have that kick but they are the only thing addi

Their tacos are not flavorful whatsoever. It's very dry and needs sauce, tomatillo, anything! The shredded radish is interesting, but doesn't provide any additional flavor. It'd be much better if the meat was a lot juicier and had more seasoning overall. I do like that they added parchment paper in between each taco so that they don't get too soggy. On the other hand, the loaded fries are pretty salty! Overall, I've had muchhh better tacos elsewhere. For the price, their food is not worth anoth
