Late night restaurant and to go place. Friendly staff. Food came out quick. Got the chicken shawarma platter which I highly recommend getting. Also got the butter chicken and haleem but wasn’t as good as expected. The haleem wasn’t haleem, like it was chucks of chicken instead of the traditional haleem. Doesn’t come with naan or rice so got a side of rice and couple naans. Also got a grilled chicken salad, that was good, loved how they added broccoli yet the pineapples thrown me off. Overall a g

I was working at a weekend street fair and my company got lunch catered by Halal Diner. I never heard of them so I wasn't expecting much. But the food was amazing. I got the beef and chicken kabob. The portions were big and the flavors were great. The rice was spiced perfectly and the white sauce complemented the meats very well.

I got the chicken platter, which comes with fries, rice, chicken, and salad. For $13.58, the portion is really generous. The rice is cumin-forward, the chicken is well seasoned, and the fries are crispy and flavorful. The real selling point, though, is the sauces — especially the white sauce and green chili sauce. Those two sauces really make the dish pop and bring everything together. The space itself is clean, and the staff is friendly. There’s no indoor seating area, but there are a few tab

I came in from out of town and was looking for a good hookah spot to catch the Germany vs. Paraguay game. I ordered a Blue Mist hookah and a Moroccan mint tea, and both were on point! The hookah was smooth, lasted a long time and the tea was just as good. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in NY!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Friday Night at Taj Mahal NJ! We had such a wonderful evening at Taj Mahal Restaurant everything from the food to the atmosphere was fantastic! The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure our table had everything we needed. The mixed grill platter was the highlight perfectly seasoned kebabs, tender chicken, and juicy lamb, all beautifully presented on a large wooden board with crispy fries, sauces, and warm pita. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. We al

I recently placed a catering order from Shah’s Halal Food at 179 Madison Avenue, New York, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We ordered Chicken Over Rice, Lamb Over Rice, Falafel Over Rice, and Fish Over Rice, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the lamb was juicy and packed with flavor, the falafel was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the fish was cooked perfectly. The rice, salad, and sauces complemented

Small place with many good food. Kofta sandwich was awesome love the atmosphere where you can seat down and eat your meal.I wanted to try so bad the chicken the stuffed peppers stuffed zucchini and eggplants but I can’t eat that much. Step by step we will try.

This place was absolutely delicious! Everything I tried was so good and full of flavor. The food quality was amazing and I enjoyed everything I ordered. My only small suggestion is that I wish they had milk available with the Knafe pancake, but aside from that, everything was excellent. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend!

After attending a conference in Hudson Yard, we stop by Miznon to try out the Israeli sandwiches. My agent Angie haven’t tried them before. We ordered Lamb Kebab, Rotisserie Broken Chicken and Female Chicken Liver sandwiches. All 3 are super delicious! Highly recommended!

The place has a bit of an old vibe, which honestly doesn’t feel very inviting. That said, the food is actually good — fresh, well-cooked, and enjoyable. If they update the atmosphere a little, this spot could be much better overall.

My family has ordered from here - few times for take out only and the food is so delicious, but the portions are so small compared to the cost. Besides from our only complaint, this is definitely a place to try if you are a fan of Turkish cuisine. See the photo for the container size of rice they provide. It’s such a small amount that we end up buying two more additional sides of rice for $2.99 each. I’d give this spot 5 stars if it wasn’t for the portions size that you pay for. One of the top T

Five stars for the hospitality and atmosphere!! Was in the area and needed a coffee spot to do some work and was taken aback by the friendliness of the employees! The guy who took my order (I’m guessing the owner) welcomed me in and recommended me what to get. The café is spacious, has WiFi, a good playlist to work too, and even has a backyard patio with more seating. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely come back!!

Turk’s Inn was an absolutely magical experience. The drinks were phenomenal, especially their White Russian for dessert with homemade tahini. Don’t skip on the fries, they look totally normal but are cooked and spiced to perfection. Relish plate is necessary and we ordered extra pickles on the side. This will be a repeat stop every time we’re in NYC!

Ordered take out and it was ready within 10min. The chicken pita sandwich was so delicious. And the fries were similar to steak fries, and very plentiful. I ordered from door dash so got a BOGO for fries. The place has some seating, i didn’t spend much time inside but looks like a clean place. Definitely would come back for takeout. We started with the mouhamara, beef kibbeh, and sfeeha. It was my first time trying both the beef kibbeh and sfeeha, I enjoyed both but liked beef kibbeh a bit more. While the mouhamara was enjoyable, it didn’t quite match what I was hoping for. For the entrées, we had the sheesh barak, yakhnet sabanegh, rice hashwi & chicken, and all of them were delicious and very tasty. Dessert was the only part that felt a bit underwhelming for me. The balouza wasn’t quite to my taste, and the knafeh could

I’ve been to the two in Brooklyn, but this one is much nicer to actually eat in the restaurant. They have an indoor and an outdoor area to dine in (that was closed off that day since it’s winter.) Staff was super friendly and the food came out quickly and was very hot. They give you complementary Lamb Broth, bread and salad. All delicious! They also have self serve tea which is great do these cold days. Definitely recommend!

This place was delicious. I ordered a Mixed over Rice with white sauce which was lamb and chicken over rice with white sauce and salad with no fried. The whole place was very clean and the seats were super comfy. We came around 9 PM and there were only 3 customers there including us, so it felt lonely. There were only 3 workers at that time so the food came rather slowly. For some reason, they charge extra if we pay with a card. The Mix over Rice was 11.99 cash or 12.34 and the food was deliciou

I don’t usually write reviews let alone bad ones but this experience needed to be documented. I love naya and have been to multiple locations but this one truly is the worst. I was really excited to eat my lunch but was quickly disappointed when I saw my chicken was pink in the middle. On top of that, the rice was hard and clearly undercooked. I understand it’s bound to happen and restaurants make mistakes but this one is a big one. I politely brought it to the staff's attention and the two lady

The guys had a really great energy. They were super kind and welcoming, despite my moodiness and stress that I felt heavily today. I ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, which was phenomenal. After a long day at the park we came here with the kids for dinner. The guys working there were really friendly and service was fast. The wings were saucy, yet still crisp and so good! Our daughter was so happy they had a buffalo lemon pepper sauce. The smash burger was so flavorful and delicious. Everything was amazing but the star of the show was the chop cheese fries! The lounge is small compared to others. I got there on a Wednesday at 9.30pm and was able to enjoy comfortably but it got almost full shortly after. Ankara Turkish Restaurant struts in like it owns the block—and honestly, fair. The kebabs are juicy drama queens, the bread arrives warm and irresistible, and the baklava? Hey all I hope you get a chance to come down here and check out this new spot I discovered. The food is fine, but the owner's attitude is absolutely terrible. He is incredibly disrespectful, aggressive, and uses intimidation tactics against people. A completely toxic and hostile environment. It is not worth supporting a business run by someone like this. Also, the way he responds to people’s reviews is incredibly shocking, no I’m not just talking about this review reply but all of the rest.

Remarkably good. Each and every dish (fish tacos, chicken tacos, lamb burrito) was packed with flavor. Homemade hot sauce is amazing. Staff is so nice. Food came out fast. Arguably the best tacos we've had in NYC and among the best restaurants from a food quality POV in Brooklyn. Will be returning!

Best Lebanese in Brooklyn. When you walk in, you’re met with smell of fresh baked pita right there at oven in the front. They come out and to your table as soft and luxurious little pillows. We over ate hummus and muhammara just to get more pita. I do think their dips and small dishes are best, we loved the crispy potatoes and tiger prawns. Service was nice and the space is inviting. This place was INSANE!!!! The food was top top top top top notch. We ordered the Plov and each of the skewers. The chicken and the ribs skewers in particular were amazing. The place looks like a hole in the wall, but when you walk in, it’s like a different universe. The outdoor space is so cute as well. One of the best Uzbek restaurants. Can’t wait to come again. Of courser the Maqluba is the star menu item but the Lamb Maqluba is quite honestly one of the best, most flavorful dishes I’ve ever had. Beyond some of the best kunafa I’ve ever had.
