Sicilian squares lure locals to this classic pizzeria, which also tosses thin-crust pies.
At Brothers Pizza, the slices hit that classic New York note with a crispy crust, balanced sauce, and the right amount of cheese. The shop is run by a Sicilian crew, and you can taste that old-school pride in how they do things. It’s consistent, quick, and easy to rely on when you want something straightforward. Not life changing, but it delivers every time.

Old-school counter-serve pizza joint serving thin-crust pies & big slices in bare-bones digs.
After a long trip around the UK, the first thing I was craving was a classic NYC slice, and Amore Pizzeria delivered exactly that. There's a reason they've been around for over 50 years! The pizza is everything great New York pizza should be—thin, crispy (with that perfect crack in the crust that true NYC pizza lovers know and appreciate), perfectly foldable, and topped with quality mozz. The pizza alone is worth the visit, but the service made the experience even better. The woman working ther

Original Pizza has amazing pizza, and the quality is definitely noticeable. It wasn’t busy when I visited, so the wait time was very convenient and I received my food quickly. The pizza itself is delicious and made with quality ingredients. The customer service is also very good the staff is responsive, attentive, and makes sure customers are taken care of. The only downside is the price. A single slice is $4, so buying two slices comes out to $8, which may discourage some people who are looki

Small, cozy stop serving elevated wood-fired pies with veggies & meats, plus Grandma slices.
Rode the citibikes across Brooklyn to try this out, and it did not disappoint. Ordered a grandma style, pepperoni slice and white slice. The white slice was divine! Sesame seeds, caramelized onion and ricotta perfectly blended! They have beers in the fridge to purchase and a cute little seating area for a few people. Really enjoyed this and would recommend if you’re in the area!

Hello, I want to share my experience at this pizzeria. I have been visiting this place for 5 years and I even have pictures from many of the times I’ve come here. This past weekend I went with my husband, our best friend, her mom, and her sister. We always choose a table and the service is usually excellent, especially from an older gentleman, I believe he is from Puerto Rico, who is always very kind, and another gentleman who welcomes customers, who is also very attentive. The reason I am writi

Raw dough! Thick poorly cooked base let down the great flavours on the artichoke. Two other ppl went back to get their slices fired for longer, and they had slices from a different pie. Also all the topping shakers are chained to the wall on a really long chain, you have to take care if you don’t want the chain touching your slice.

Big slices with creamy artichoke topping & other unique twists draw crowds to this casual pie spot.
It’s an amazing place for their speciality artichoke pizza. There are other options which was good too I personally liked the crab pizza. Street parking available but don’t count on it. Walkable from Washington square park , there are couple of seating available for dining in but best bet is takeaway. Would def recommend and come back.

Good pizza. No complaints but not the best I've had in the city. Good sauce but the cheese wasn't my favorite. Good service. Very friendly. Place was very clean for how busy it was. I'd be back.

Was looking for excellent pizza within walking distance or a short train ride from Citi Field. Outstanding grandma slice. Salads are massive. Old school feel. Army vet who opened the restaurant 17 years ago. People come in with a smile on the face. Louie talks to everyone. A gem in Elmhurst. Legit ingredients- slices of mozzarella, basil, chunks of tomato. Delicious. Highly recommend.

Delicious, thin, crisp, fresh, classic NY pizza, with a great cheese pull. We ate at Famous Original Rays Pizza while in New York City, and had an amazing experience! I had never had real, authentic New York style pizza before, so this was my first experience. I am so glad my first New York pizza was from Rays Pizza! It was amazing. We visited on a Friday at lunch. It was busy, but we easily found a table. Our wait time for our pizza was minimal. We also enjoyed a cannoli, that they fill right when you order it which was really cool to watch. I had a great experience a

I have officially found my FAVORITE pizza in NYC! I cannot imagine loving a pizza more than I loved this pizza. So much so that I did get it two nights in a row to make sure that I loved it that much.... And to possible alleviate the fact that I would be missing this pizza every single day until I return to NYC. The crust is perfectly crunchy and every single bite is packed full of flavors. I ... AM....OBSESSED. Their staff is super-friendly and I enjoyed my chats with them while sipping on some

The pizza was good—thick, satisfying, and flavorful—but not quite as amazing as the hype made it sound. We were lucky that the line wasn’t too long when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. The restaurant itself is very small, with only two tables inside and a small standing area for those eating in. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. They don’t seem to have appropriate to-go containers for leftover pizza. We had three slices left, and the only option they offer

She made sure we didn’t have to wait in line and took great care of us. Aaliyah and Lou were also very helpful and accommodating, checking on our food and making sure we had what we needed. Cool eatery selling pies and slices with creative toppings like chicken-and-waffle, oxtail, and curry shrimp.
Cuts & Slices definitely lived up to the hype! The pizza was soooo good and packed with flavour. You can really tell why this place is so popular. The only downside was that the service was quite slow, and we had to wait a while for our order. That said, once we got the food, we completely understood why people rave about it. It was absolutely worth the wait, and I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in NYC!

Cheerful, neon-lit venue offering specialty pizzas and a variety of sandwiches, with vegan options.
For me personally this was the best pizza I've tried so far in NYC. I liked the fact they had many vegetarian options. We went with veggie festa and Grandma peppina. Both of them were scrumptious. It's mentioned that the dough is well fermented and I could feel that it was light on the gut as well. Highly recommend trying pizza here!

Yep, everything in the reviews is right: great NYC style pizza, plenty of choices by the slice, in an atmosphere that is quintessentially NYC pizza counter. Good thin, crispy crust, tasty sauce and lots of flavorful toppings. Reasonable prices… gluten free options just not by the slice on the counter. Wings look good too, will have to try them.

Rudest staff ever. Ordered 2 pizza, 1 came with no cheese. Told the guy on the phone I have an email confirmation of my order explaining all my toppings and cheese. Literally ordered two pizza same topping one just came without no cheese and when I try to explain the situation to the guy on the phone, he tried to mansplain me and yell at me. It’s kind of an iconic New York City thing—grabbing a slice of pizza for a dollar. There are a bunch of locations around the city, some a little better or worse than others. For me, this one is one of the best. It’s not a dollar anymore, but it’s still a cheap and really good slice.

Quaint pizzeria making Roman-style pies with flour imported from Italy, along with classic desserts.
Our cashier was super friendly and warm. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door. We got the medium Spinach Artichoke Pizza, which was so good. It had 8 slices, which is enough for 3 people or 2 very hungry people! (My party of 2 finished the whole thing.) We had to wait about 15 minutes (which they informed us of), and it was worth it! Ginos is pretty good for what it is. Not a take out pizza joint, not a fine dining restaurant either. I have had many dishes over about a 2 year period. Today I was conservative. Chicken parmesan and veal parmesan with side salads 🥗. The bread to start was nice and fresh. The chicken parmesan is a winner ALL OF THE TIME. I got adventurous and ordered veal parmesan and immediately regretted it. The veal was sliced and smashed very thin. Many bites were tough and overcooked.

It's dressed and feels more like a chain restaurant than a local Brooklyn joint. Its really nice inside with a large menu, but, not a place to go for Pizza. They have pizza but... I think they are the kind of place that does a little bit of everything. So I wouldn't suggest for pizza. It smells good and taste okay, but nothing show stopping or something I would go back for. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the Williamsburg area. No matter which slice you get, each has that beautiful undercarriage with perfect cheese to sauce ratio. My pizza was cold by the time I sat down to enjoy it. The music was much too loud at 3pm. The tables were a little messy and it wasn’t even crowded. The pizza has a corn flakes crust. I didn’t expect that from a name like Little Italy. It was very cold even with the door closed.

It pains me to write this because I don't want there to be a crazy line next time I go (and I'll be going back VERY soon) haha, but WOW. 10/10 pizza! The spinach mushroom is in a league of it's own. It's so simple, yet so good. The mushrooms, the freshly grated cheese... all QUALITY ingredients. Perfect crust thickness. Non-greasy. I could go on. I also had the marg and it was great, and I'd get it again... but that spinach mushroom slice. Sheeshhh!

I ordered delivery right before closing at the suggestion of the front desk clerk. Little did I know the BEST perfect thin crust pepperoni pizza was on the way. The spaghetti and meatballs were great as well. A generous portion of pasta and sauce. There is definitely lots more to explore on this menu before I leave town. The missing slice was for the front desk guy who pointed me to this local gem.

Satisfactory pizza at best. What you get for a regular slice in no way justifies the $4.75 price. Cmon bruh, 4.75 a slice? Ordering is not easy and needs work.
