Modern outpost of a longtime counter-serve pizza joint prepping New York-style slices and pies.
We tried this iconic NY pizza spot on our first evening in Times Square. We ordered two slices of the plain cheese pizza, one slice of spinach pizza and one Margherita slice. We enjoyed all of them, but the spinach pizza turned out to be our favorite. Even though we visited during the busy evening rush and the queue was quite long, the service was quick and we didn't have to wait long. We enjoyed our dinner inside while soaking in the lively atmosphere and vibe. It was a classic New York City e

Roma Pizza is a great spot if you're looking for a quick slice while exploring Midtown. Whether you're walking around Fifth Avenue, shopping, or sightseeing, it's an easy place to stop, cool down, and grab something satisfying before heading back out. I was walking by and saw the grand opening for Aria Nova, so I decided to give it a shot — really glad I did. The pizza was amazing, super fresh ingredients, and I loved not being forced to buy a whole pie like most nearby spots. Everything was well-balanced with no flop. The mozzarella, sauce, and basil were all top-tier, and you can tell there’s no processed junk. I’ll definitely be back. The owner Julio aka the master pizzaiolo was incredibly nice as well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spumoni Gardens is an absolute must-visit! The pizza is some of the best I've ever had—perfectly crispy crust, rich tomato sauce, plenty of cheese, and every bite is packed with flavor. You can really tell why this place has been a Brooklyn favorite for so many years. And don't leave without trying the homemade spumoni! The ice cream is incredible—rich, creamy, and unbelievably delicious. It's the perfect way to finish an amazing meal. The atmosphere is classic, relaxed, and family-frie

Counter-service pizzeria known for classic New York slices since 1975.
Every New Yorker has a pizza opinion, and today I went straight to one of the legends. 🍕 Joe's Pizza in Greenwich Village has been serving up authentic NYC slices since 1975, and after one bite of their original plain slice, I understood why tourists and locals keep lining up. The plain slice was everything a New York slice should be—simple, crispy, cheesy, and absolutely perfect. Then my sons convinced me to step outside my comfort zone and order a mushroom and sausage slice. Not gonna lie, I

We went on a Tuesday evening and got in about 5:15p with no wait on the third floor. Great vibe up there. We started with the bruschetta trio and it was pretty good. Definitely not the best bruschetta I’ve ever had but still pretty solid. We then had the margherita pizza and it was really good. Nice coal-fired taste. Definitely a 5⭐️ overall experience due to the historic vibes and the good food. Service was solid too and pretty fast.

NY Pizza Suprema is a true NYC classic that has been serving pizza since 1964. They offer around 25 different kinds of pies, including vegan options, so there’s something for everyone. Just make sure you know what slice you want before you get to the counter because this place gets busy and they’ll have you ordering quickly. Delicious pizza and great historic vibes! Loved eating here. Service was pretty good for being busy and we didn't wait for a table. Love all the momentos hanging on the wall. Famous 1997 eatery serving trademark thin-crust pizza in a soaring Times Square former church.
John’s Pizzeria in Times Square was absolutely fantastic. The place itself was large, spectacular, and fun, with a classic New York feel that made the whole experience even better. The pizza was traditional New York style at its best, and honestly one of the best pies I’ve ever had. I’d take coal- or wood-fired pizza like this any day. Fun, quintessential little Italy vibes of an established New York City restaurant. Great service, and menu is much brighter than just pizza. Braised beef braciole and short rib anglotti were favorites for our table. Reservations took extensive planning and setting a timer at midnight to jump on it, but totally worth it. We went on a cold day where wait times were short, but I don’t think this is typical. Waiter was particularly attentive to our food, allergies, and double checked with the kitche

They say there is no great Slice shops in Murray Hill. Well, Spoto Pizza has entered the chat. The Margherita slice was definitely elite. Excellent crust. The San Marzano based pizza sauce could use some more salt but this is definitely a top tier Manhattan slice. Place is spotless. Owner nice. Mike + the entire team at the grand opening today greeted every customer with kindness, care, and two free slices of their choices! I’ve been coming to Mike’s since I was a kid, and the quality of the pizza hasn’t changed. Best slice in the 5 boroughs, hands down. I tried Mike’s own buffalo chicken pizza and Jesus Christ—insanely delicious. Of course, cheese slice (tried and true) was incredible as well. So happy to have this pizzeria back in the neighborhood—we’ll always support Mike’s Pizza!

Very solid pizza. Got the Caprese and Supreme pizza slices, $6.5 a slice, very large. Thin slice. Very crispy. Fresh ingredients. Solid 8.5/10. Can see why many consider it as the best pizza in New York. I think I’ve had better though. But factoring in the value, it’s very good. Margherita pizza pie was delicious. And the French fries here are *honestly* the best fries I've ever had, I think! They are the perfect thickness and you can actually taste the potato. None of that too skinny or too crunchy thing! Service was excellent. My only gripe was that it was such a long wait for 2 people (well, 1 adult and 1 baby needing a high chair). I only had a plain slice here, and while it isn't quite my style, it’s worth a try. I see why people like the pizza. The sauce is heavily applied and has loads of sugar in it, making it a bit too sweet for my taste. The cheese has that familiar, slightly plastic texture, but because it’s loaded with so much sauce and cheese, it's definitely a 'juicy' slice. My main critique is that the toppings weren't spread out enough to the edges, leaving the crust a bit dry. That said, the crust itself is de
