This was my first visit since it became Bravo Pizza & Sports Bar. The owner and staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. I had Shrimp Oreganata on arugula and my friend had Tortellini Alfredo. The shrimp were not large, but the dish was delicious and filling. My friend enjoyed the Tortellini Alfredo. The portion was generous and he took half of it home. Prices are reasonable and I will definitely return to try other dishes.

I ordered thru the Dominos app and left special instructions (arrange single toppings in shape of heart for Valentine’s Day). I called the store to politely verify they received the special instructions. The man who answered was very rude and curt, yelling that “I ALREADY MADE THE PIZZA! I had to write a review this time. The last 3 times got me really disappointed. The service is always great and they have been there for a long time. I feel like there is no love with their food anymore. The slice was really dry, I had to put some melted butter on it when I got home. And the cheese seems less too. I was little trepidatious about ordering due to some of the various reviews but decided to take a chance and I was very happy that I did. Pizza arrived in a fairly timely manner, driver that met me downstairs was friendly. I don’t know if these reviews have been miscolored by some bad nights or a team that was having a hard time but shoutout to the Tuesday night crew!

We made reservations for a group of 17. We showed up and said they didn’t have a spot for us. This is an automatic 1 star for me. Edit: there was a baby shower there that had a reservation. So do you take reservation or no? If you truly don’t, then just say that when we call.

We had a great meal here last night! The pizza was excellent (we got the Margherita). We also got and enjoyed the avocado salad, which was tasty and quite fresh), and the bread rolls they served with dinner were themselves delicious. The service was friendly, and in the end the price was quite reasonable because four of us were full with a single large pizza and salad. Terrible. Unprofessional. I placed an order for delivery at 5:58. Confirmation stated delivery would happen between 6:45 and 7:02. Nothing received. Called at 7:30 and they stated the driver had been to my house and called while outside. I had no missed calls and the camera at my house shows no one came. After calling and they stated that they'll be back in 20 mins, no one ever came back. He lied and stated that they came again. Again, I have a camera outside my home revealing no one ever came.

Pizza was extremely salty! That was hard to eat. Also French Fries were not cooked enough, so we ve been waiting for a longer time. Service - terrible. Slow not organized waitors that just ignore you. Atmosphere is nice, the place is cozy.

amazing food!!! i got mozzarella sticks and a cheese slice, and both tasted amazing, especially the marinara sauce that came with the sticks. the pizza was cheesy and warm, but i did knock off one star because the wait for the mozzarella sticks was a little longer than expected and there's no seating for that long of a wait. besides that, i do enjoy their food and will be coming back soon!

A hidden gem and arguably the best pizza in the Throgs Neck area. It is in my opinion. It's quiet, tucked away, small and intimate. The pizza is always hot, fresh and tasty. Staff inviting and friendly. The chicken parm as well as the sausage onion and peppers slice are the highlights for me. You may hear about Tommy's, Emilio's and Louie & Ernies when people talk pizza but Loretta's is where it's at.

We ordered three Pizzas, a pepperoni and two on-sale square cut pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was good, but the cheese square cut pizzas were horrible, they were burnt and cold at the same time, even when the pepperoni was warm, and the whole pizza is thinner than paper.

My buddy had a plain cheese slice, it looks okay. My pesto pepperoni though looked nice and had a more suttle taste than I expected. I prefer a stronger taste.

You can’t beat a Staten Island slice for $3.75! Good crunch, perfect amount of sauce, and good service! Had about a dozen different types of pizza to choose from! There’s a seating area adjacent too. For years, I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizza nosh, always delighted by their thick and flavorful pizzas at reasonable prices. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. The pizzas they’re serving now are incredibly thin, almost resembling a cheese and sauce wrap.

I ordered a $40 pepperoni pizza at 10:37 pm and they sent me this (see photo). I called them and they told me to save the pizza and deliver it back (!) to the restaurant the next day to get my refund, but they were closing soon and wouldn’t make my pizza. Gross food, but grosser service. It used to be decent. Never giving them another red cent.
