I was in the area and craving pasta, so I decided to check out this restaurant. I started with the fried calamari appetizer, and it was hot and crispy. I like how it's not very salty. Then I got the linguine with clam sauce and veal medallion. It tasted very good. I like the sauce on the linguine pasta. We really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant. It offers a wonderful sense of Yemeni culture and tradition while you dine. The bread is exceptionally fresh, the soup is rich and flavorful, and the salad is well prepared. The rice and meat dishes are cooked perfectly, and the meat tastes fresh and high quality. The customer service is also excellent. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side. We were able to find street parking nearby.

The short ribs and burger were fantastic! Three of us shared bites of our food so we could all enjoy both entrees. Two of us got ribs and one of us a mushroom burger. Mother's day dinner was fantastic. Very greatful for our waitress Alyssa, excellent service, she accommodated any substitutions we needed and even improvised a mocktail for my aunt. I got chicken parm with vodka sauce and it was amazing, super tender chicken cutlets and the sauce was divine. The whole family left full and happy.

Second time for pick up, I ordered the chicken sandwich. The first time they gave me grilled chicken, which I did not ask for. It was horrible. This time they gave me a thin piece of chicken that’s sooo hard, I damn near broke my teeth trying to take a bite out of it. I live far away and can’t go back to have it corrected. They have no consistency when it comes to their chicken sandwich; I’ve had it a couple times before and it was fantastic. The last few times was a big bummer.

I just want to give a big shout out to this wonderful restaurant Brooklyn Kabob. It’s super underrated, and this place is a must visit. My happy place! I’ve come here to study, spend a cozy date night with my husband, even to celebrate my birthday Gilmore Girls style, and every time it has been such a pleasant experience. My husband recently spilled his drink all over the table, and everyone there including the owner, got up to help and even made him another latte. Elegante in my opinion is the best pizzeria in bay ridge. I ordered the meatball roll which they pepperoni is also hallah and they care about the community. The meatball roll was made fresh none of there food just sits out at all. They make it fresh on spot to your liking. The pizza is fluffy but crispy on the bottom at the same time.
