Hello, I literally picked up my order from your location about 30 minutes ago. I arrived home and discovered that my burger was missing the meat patty. On top of that, there was no soda (Coca-Cola) available at the location. This is very disappointing. Please let me know how this can be resolved

I should’ve known how the night was going when the USA got eliminated by Belgium… because Buffalo Wild Wings eliminated my patience too. The place was clearly understaffed. We waited almost an hour for our food, nobody came by for drink refills, and we spent more time staring at the table than watching the game. From the moment you walk in the Oriental Plaza, the employees make it very clear that they hate you. On November 25th, 2025 my family came here for dinner. Easily my go-to spot for poke. During my time in college I would always get it as my way to treat myself on the weekends. In my opinions it's one of the best bang for your buck deals for poke because you're allowed to add as many items as you want and it doesn't cost extra. This place has become my go to pizza spot on the island. Service is quick and staff is very friendly. Owner also treats his customers nice and you can tell he puts a lot of love in the business from the way he treats his employees to the way he greets everyone. Margarita slice and penne alla vodka has been my favorite here. Portion size is huge and definitely worth it!

So far, this place has the best Orange Chicken compared to all the other places where I’ve tried it—and I’ve tried many. The portion is reasonable, it comes with a drink, and it costs around $16. The staff is friendly, and the place is calm and relaxed.

Rented the party area for a toddler birthday party and it was a fantastic experience. The staff really is what made it great. They were so easy to work with, pleasant, and kind. We had a large group and asked to extend our party duration one more hour the day before and it was such an easy process to do it. All the kids had a blast, toddlers and non-toddlers alike. This was my first time coming back to this particular Subway in years. I was very happy with my sandwiches. They were well made and were packaged securely. We hosted an off-site engagement brunch on a snowy January day, and everything was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Despite the weather, everything ran seamlessly and beautifully. When entering the Esplanade, I was greeted by a man at the desk, who was very kind the lobby was so beautifully decorated with Christmas and holiday decorations.
