Just started working around the area and decided to grab some Wendy’s after a long time of not getting any. I was very happy I did because everyone there was pleasant and accommodating from the cashier I didn’t catch his name to the security to the people in the kitchen that quickly grabbed my order that was A1. 20% service charge automatically added no matter the party size. The shrimp I got still had the vein in them and that was off putting but the flavors were amazing in everything that we tried. Terrible. Unprofessional. I placed an order for delivery at 5:58. Confirmation stated delivery would happen between 6:45 and 7:02. Nothing received. Called at 7:30 and they stated the driver had been to my house and called while outside. I had no missed calls and the camera at my house shows no one came. After calling and they stated that they'll be back in 20 mins, no one ever came back. He lied and stated that they came again. Again, I have a camera outside my home revealing no one ever came.

I recently visited a small but clean Popeyes location. I placed a mobile order for the 6pc chicken wings and a spicy chicken sandwich. While the food tasted great crispy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat the pickup experience could’ve been smoother. I still had to wait in line behind a couple of in-store customers before receiving my mobile order, which took a little longer than expected. I don't usually have complaints from Crown Chicken. But I want them to know that wearing gloves is very important if your doing the cooking. You have an A rating but every time a customer comes in their watching for A rating cleanliness & safety rules to protect your customer service.

The doubles had no flavor. And the phoulourie was very dense, had a hot pepper sauce, but could not taste the tamarind at all. The recipes need to be revamped.
