Among my fave spots around. The atmosphere is electric and they play every game! Enjoy their all-day happy hour, when you can receive five shots for $25 to $40 (depending on your poison of choice). The food is more typical of a pub, but it's great for a quick bite and priced friendly! Highly recommended their bulgogi quesadilla. Couldn’t gate-keep any longer!!

Barley Time is a Flushing bakery and café that focuses on a mix of pastries, bread items, and tea-based drinks, set up more like a quick stop bakery where you pick from display cases rather than a sit-down space. The layout is straightforward with shelves of baked goods and a drink counter that stays busy throughout the day. The croissant-style pastries and egg tart are some of the more commonly ordered items, with the croissant egg tart standing out as a flaky option that leans more crisp than

My Teazzi addiction has been reignited! I used to drink these a lot a few years ago and forgot about them until last week. The house milk tea is sooo delicious and different from any of the other bobas in Flushing. The oats add such a nice texture while the milk tea somehow manages to be light and airy. I also tried their new honeydew milk tea with crystal boba and it’s just perfect. I always get 30% sugar and less ice for the perfect drink. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.

My favorite place to go for food and bubble tea. Very affordable 8 dollars for a large bubble tea that is a bucket. The sushi is very good with an 18 dollar combo of 3 rolls and medium drink. They have the best boba bubbles in flushing. You will not be disappointed. I have included pictures of the medium and large drinks, along with the sushi .

This is a bar with a LOT of potential. We ended up there at a bad time as their radio was down and their taps weren't working, and they had a large event the night before. However, this does not take away from the fact that it has a really good regulation pool table, and a safe area where you can play darts. The owner is very friendly and entertaining. For a local bar it has a homey feel and the people seem genuine. The pours are good and the service is too. I plan on coming back and hope

I had 15 minutes before my train arrives so I figured I have time to get something quick. Ordered a hot chocolate, boston creme, 10 pcs of munchkins and snacking bacon. Everything was served while I was paying except the snacking bacon and then after 10 minutes I asked where is it and they have no one working on it because everyone was chatting. I almost missed my train and got charged for snacking bacon that I never got because I have no more time to wait. The worst dunking donuts location I've

KFC has always left a very good impression on me. The fried chicken is usually excellent, and I’ve always been satisfied with the overall service and environment. However, after what happened yesterday at the Flushing location next to the pizza shop, I do not plan to return to this restaurant again. While we were eating, homeless individuals kept coming into the restaurant one after another. Many had a very strong odor, and some were drinking alcohol inside the store. My son has autism and sp

wow this place really feels like a community hidden gem. it has a naturally cozy vibe, i love the little trinkets everywhere. there's only one person working bar and register, so be mindful and patient as a line can most definitely form. i got their iced maple honey latte w/ an extra shot and oatmilk-- it's rare i kill an iced coffee quick as i'm a sipper, but i finished this beverage! they have wi-fi in house, but there's not that many tables and chairs if you plan on doing work for a long time

I am very surprised by the low score for this restaurant. We went with our Chinese friends for dinner. Loved the ease of ordering through your phone after scanning a QR code. The food was fresh, delicious and good sized portions. The service was prompt and the staff courteous. The place is relatively small and does tend to get crowded but that would be a good sign. After all, it is said “ Dine where the locals dine”.

This used to be one of my favorite spots, but of recent, it’s been one horrible experience, after the other. I bought a little over $30 worth of pastries and when I got home 20mins later and checked my pastries, they were all sour and had mold on them. I called several times to inquire on a refund, with them cutting my calls off abruptly, multiple times. I will no longer be going here, because molding and expired pastries seems to be a multiple occurring situation. Highly disappointed in them.

Machi Machi is one of the many bubble tea shops in Flushing. Located inside Tangram Mall, the space operates more like a modern kiosk than a traditional storefront, with self-ordering kiosks, colorful murals, and a clean design that puts most of the focus on the drinks themselves. While there isn't dedicated seating from the shop, the surrounding mall space makes it easy to grab a drink while shopping, exploring the food hall, or taking a break between errands. ⭐ 1 Star Absolutely ridiculous experience. The restaurant was almost completely empty, yet it took an absurd amount of time to get ONE bowl of shaved ice. Not only was I left waiting forever, but I watched multiple customers who came in after me get served before I did. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I went up to ask about my order. I was told it would be ready “soon.” That was clearly just something they said to get me to go away, because I ended up waiting even longer. I

Great for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff and the food was good. Good prices. But dont expect fancy plates and dishes. Super affordable and great value — generous portions and the food tastes really good. The hui mian (braised noodle soup) is delicious on its own, and the Da Pan Ji with hui mian combo is especially flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the crispy pork bowl (Su Rou Kou Wan) and Dao Kou roast chicken, and both were solid. The only small downside was that the Dao Kou chicken was a bit on the cool side when it came out — it would be perfect if served hotter. Overall highly recommended, and I’ll de

We were passing through the food court and ended up getting a box of 6 egg tarts to share. They were decent, but not as good as they looked. Although we did eat them cold instead of reheated, as recommended on the box. Favorite of the ones we got was actually the salty boy. The Ube cheese one was fine. Thought I would like the taro egg yolk one more, but it was just ok. Overall fine to try, but not a place that I would look to revisit. There's plenty of seating around the food court, but may hav

I love it here. I have visited on multiple locations and enjoy talking with the staff and seeing their many options of food. I usually get one of their bingsoo options in a cup especially as summer is coming. I recommend the strawberry matcha, but I have tried the mango but it doesn’t live up to par. JoJu is a solid lunch stop that keeps its focus tight and executes within that lane well. The menu centers on banh mi with some rice bowls and drinks rounding things out, and the portions are generous enough that a single sandwich can genuinely feel like more than one meal's worth of food. The banh mi is the main reason to come, and the pork versions are where the kitchen shines most. The caramel pork in particular is worth ordering, with the meat cut down into small pieces that pick up flavor

Gong Cha isn’t usually my go-to, but I decided to give it another shot since they now offer a new XL size. Not all drinks come in the big size—only select teas—so I went with the Passion Fruit. The size is great for those who want more bang for their buck, but the tea itself was still very sweet, even after asking for less sugar. I’d recommend the staff double-check the cup before handing it over—mine was quite sticky and could’ve used a quick wipe. Gong Cha really needs to work on consistency

1 Golden Pancake can be a little tough to find, as it’s tucked deep inside an alleyway alongside several other shops in the back. The overhyped corn egg tart was just okay. The filling was cold and sweet, but it lacked a deep, rich corn flavor. Overall, a bit underwhelming.

This place is honestly my go-to every time I'm in Flushing and don't know what to eat. I end up coming here almost every time. They're actually spicy, which I appreciate because I like real spice, and it's just perfect for me.The only downside is that they keep changing the menu. Casual counter-serve chain for build-your-own sandwiches & salads, with health-conscious options.
Depressingly low portions. Asked for specific extra veggies (lettuce!) and got the saddest, thinest sandwiches. More bread than filling. Why make sandwiches at these price points if you can't make a proper sandwich? Either you do it right or you adjust your prices. Don't offer garbage because of your margins. Embarrassing.

Ordered macaroni ham soup, satay beef egg sandwich, and corned beef sandwich both toasted. All three amazing! Fast service quality food and can tell it’s made with care to enhance flavor. Sandwiches both had light and fluffy eggs with excellent salt levels and sauce. Would definitely recommend you do not pass the ham macaroni soup. The sesame oil added gives a light aromatic that’s perfectly subtle with exceptional cooked noodles. A 10/10 comfort foods I would eat any time of day. Excellent pric

Dubai chewy cookie and Dubai squid ink bread both were good! The chewy cookie is little bigger than other bakery. It's not tooo sweet - which is the point that I liked! - but has more than enough nutty flavor of pistachio. Squid ink bread is sweet for dubai flavor inside yet has salty on the top of the bread. This noodle shop is super affordable. The prices are honestly really good, especially nowadays. For around $7, the food is actually pretty decent. Like, what do you even expect for only $7. For the price, it tastes good and fills you up. The only downside is that the shop itself is REALLY small. It feels super cramped inside and there’s not much space at all, especially if it gets busy. Overall, if you want something cheap and filling, this place is worth trying.
