This was my best ever Business Lounge experience in the U.S. Lots of seating options, including the Bridge Bar at the back, all light & airy. Plenty of food options, some cooked to order, and great drinks selection, including cocktails. Unlike most airport lounges in the U.S., everything was free of charge - no limit on alcoholic beverages, nor charges for premium brands. When I’m traveling on my own, I always try to sit at the bar and chat with other guests. The bartender, MD, does a great

This is way better than going to the Centurion lounge. The food is better and looks appealing. The place is more spacious compared to the other lounge. This place has showers for travelers who need them and a great place for long layovers. No doubt about this place . Delta Sky Club is a first for my list when it comes to service.

Hip, counter-serve chain for gourmet takes on fast-food classics like burgers & frozen custard.
Very disappointing experience at Shake Shack. The burger was burned, thin, and lacked the expected flavor, making it one of the worst I’ve had. And top very expensive. Additionally, the staff at the counters were unfriendly, contributing to a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. Overall, both the food and service left much to be desired.

Excellent experience at the Primeclass Lounge in Terminal 1 at JFK. As someone who travels frequently, I truly value good service—and this lounge delivered. From the moment I arrived, Gaby and Johana at the front desk stood out for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely welcoming attitude. They made the check-in process seamless and created a very positive first impression. The lounge itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and offers a solid selection of food and beverages. Really nice lounge with genuinely friendly staff and a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I’m uploading a few videos with the review—the lounge had nice views of the planes, and you could still see some snow on the ground, which made for a cool winter airport scene. The fresh guacamole was a pleasant surprise and stood out from the usual lounge food. The cold food items were good, the brownies were especially nice, and the cheese ravioli was just okay. Plenty of seating, a clean space, and an easy pl

Fast-food burger chain serving sides such as chili & baked potatoes.
Stopped by Wendy's at JFK Travel Plaza for a quick bite — and it didn’t disappoint! Burger was juicy and tasty 🍔, and the big Fanta Orange was super refreshing 🍊🥤! Quick service ⚡, clean space ✨, and perfect for a quick refuel 🛣️✈️. Vibe: Chill 🧊, Convenient ✅, Tasty 😋 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely coming back for more! 🍟❤️ #WendysLove #BurgerTime #FantaFix #TravelSnackWin

I had a terrible experience with this burger place. To begin with, I ordered the more expensive fries with cheese, which I never received. I was informed that “they ran out of cheese”, but no alternative was offered and I wasn’t given a refund either. The burger itself was a disaster half of the chicken was raw and undercooked, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of that, the fries were mixed with raw, uncooked ones. Overall, the food quality and customer service were extremely p

It's a decent comfortable lounge, with good WiFi. Not at all crowded when I was there. Adequate toilet facilities so no lines- the men's room had two stalls and a urinal (I've been in lounges that had just one for each sex resulting in waits and even some that had no toilets- you had to go out to the ones in the terminal) and two sinks. Food- the selection is rather limited but the three cheeses, fruit selection, the chocolate and oatmeal raisin cookies were all very good. The coffee is also goo

I had a very disappointing experience at The Local @ JFK. The service was extremely inattentive — staff showed no interest in helping customers and even ignored me when I was trying to pay. I had to wait and repeatedly try to get their attention, which was frustrating, especially in an airport where people are often on a tight schedule. The place itself looked fine, but the lack of basic customer service really affected the overall experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves

The lounge is small compared to others. I got there on a Wednesday at 9.30pm and was able to enjoy comfortably but it got almost full shortly after. The food selection is limited but the chicken and desserts were surprisingly good. Overall a nice space to relax for a couple hours before your next flight.

Food came from an unapproved or unknown source.

DISGUSTING!!!! Don’t even try it. I don’t know why they have the WORST places to eat in terminal 1. Don’t even bother . My mom and I have some excuse of “ramen” soup and my son has some noodles. Just microwave food basically because they don’t have a kitchen. The “ramen” soup some type of vegetable that I don’t even know the name , raw cabbage, canned corn and some excuse of chicken. Super gross they even charge me $2 to put an extra egg and they end giving me HALF of the boiled egg and on top

I am absolutely disgusted with my food. The bagel was DRENCHED in butter as if they dropped it in bucket of oil. It was not edible at all. I was in disbelief when I got to my gate and grabbed the bagel out of the bag, all of the butter spilled all over my clothes. I have never in life experienced this. I understand this is JFK and the workers have to rush, but there is no excuse for this. I wasted 15$ on two bagels that went straight to the trash. They didn’t even have the decency to cut them in

Don’t come here. We ordered the fried rice but they gave the seafood noodles instead, I didn’t complain cause the guy was rude, the taste really bad and I was paying $18.5 for this crap.

Star Mountain Coffee is a great local café with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Coffee is well made and consistently smooth, and the space is clean and comfortable for sitting, working, or meeting someone briefly. Staff is polite and efficient without rushing customers. A solid neighborhood spot when you want quality coffee without the chaos of larger chains!

I paid $200, but the food I received was something I couldn’t even swallow after a single bite and had to throw away. It lacked any sense of taste or care, and it was by far the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had in my life. I even felt as though I wasn’t respected as a customer. All it left me with was deep disappointment. If the food in the photo looks delicious, that’s only because of the camera. In reality, after a single bite, I had no choice but to throw it in the trash.

I stopped for a glass of wine at a restaurant before my flight. Not only did I find out after paying (!) that it cost $25, but instead of Pinot Noir, they served me pomegranate wine. When I complained, they poured the same thing from the bottle into another glass. When they opened a new bottle in front of me, it finally contained proper Pinot Noir. A complete rip-off.

I ordered the Kimchi soup with rice for $18. The old lady was not kind, the kimchi soup was terrible. No flavor at all. Don’t recommend. The airport should not have this kind of restaurant . Horrible 👎👎👎

Service is extremely poor servers more interested in their phones than service, when they speak it feels like a chore, as for food just go to MacDonalds it will be freasher and not likely to make you unwell.

Warning to other foreigners: Be careful when paying. I tried to do a split payment with my remaining cash and a credit card, but the employee charged the entire bill to my card and ignored the cash. I don't know if it was intentional (I feel mistrust because costomers for this shop are most of koreans and she's unkind), but it felt suspicious since many tourists try to use their leftover cash in this shop before they're leaving. Thankfully, I checked right away and got it refunded. Also, I bough

It's kind of fun to stay at the hotel but they charge a fortune for very little. We went up to the pool bar for a drink. I should have been suspicious when the bar was completely empty and there was only one kid in on the pool. Turns out it is $25 to get into the pool, after spending $285 for the room. They then announced it was $10 to go to the bar!! So just to be clear, you spend $250-$300 for the room that is advertised with a pool but actually costs another $25. Then $10 for the privilege of

For the price I expected the food to show up on actual plates not in to go containers. Cool place but we spent like $70 on a burger, chicken tenders and a drink so the product does not match the price

Worst panini I’ve ever had. It looked good in the case, but they must have microwaved it. Bread was incredibly soggy, not much tomato and overpriced even they hadn’t microwaved it.

What can I say about this cafe? Great for airport employees - stop by and have some delicious caribbean food - beef patties. Hot food buffet - coffee & muffins - the staff is great 👍

Chic airport hotel in a former terminal with a gym, dining & bar, plus a pool with runway views.
The facility is truly an iconic piece of architecture. Spotless and timeless. The staff attentive. The never ending JFK construction makes a significant number of the expensive rooms truly awful from the perspective of scenery and noise. SO ASK FOR A ROOM AWAY FROM THE construction demolition. The rooms need some updates. No in room coffee. The Paris cafe was ok, food court Also. Not enough restrooms but the facility is a true Time Machine and the constellation (CONNIE LOUNGE) good . I purchased a turkey wrap sandwich from the grab and go section to have on a flight. The sandwich was the worst tasting sandwich I ever had in my entire life. The turkey wrap was hard, dry, tasted like plastic, and was too expensive. I wouldn't mind the price if it even tasted average. Never again!
