Nice hotel with customer-friendly service. Special thanks to the friendly and sweet staff member from Ghana who took our breakfast order — she truly made our stay worthwhile. This restaurant by David Burke was very good for a Sunday Brunch in the Bog Apple. All the food was good and the service was as well. They make a great spicey Bloody Mary that was you up!

The pool is hot enough to enjoy even in freezing winter temperatures, the food and drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. Happy hour is a plus. I haven't met a single staff member I didn't like. The room has everything you could want and it's on the same block as the 4 and 6 subway stop. I highly recommend making this your trip destination.

Sherrise at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! We were stuck here in the blizzard and she made sure we were taken care of! The free breakfast is a nice bonus! The bathroom being in the middle of the room is a little strange, but that isn’t the hotels fault. The location is good, there are a couple subway stops like .3 to .5 away and you are only a couple blocks from Bryant Park.
