I have been ordering a lot lately bc I am hooked on their Fiesta Special platter! You get to taste a few of their delights with this one. The green tamales, huaraches and churros are also my faves. The food always arrives warm n good.

I've been coming to Picky Barista on West 72nd since they opened 2.5 years ago and what a welcome addition to the neighborhood. They have a variety coffee and teas along with seasonal specials. Their sandwiches and pastries are freshly prepared in-house and never disappoints. Last but not least, the baristas are gems! Friendly, helpful and the definition of hospitality. I'm will be a loyal customer forever.

Ended up being a good experience but what a confusing place. The restaurant is called Dark Bullet, the menu they gave us (which was for a different restaurant's food) said Zurutto, and the napkins said Tenzan, like where ARE we? it took about 15 minutes for the poor single employee at the bar to take our order and the food did come correct and was good. Also, they turned the lights off by our table about an hour into our meal so we were just in the dark? The chicken katsu was good but just weird

Okay but Super Nice Bakery?? 🤤 I’m obsessed. I looove the donuts, my go-to is the glazed (yes yes, I know… boring lol), but it’s just THAT good. My kid is all about the maple pecan, and we’ll sometimes mix it up with the passion fruit one too. The almond croissants? Absolutely loved this place! The crawfish mixed noodles were incredibly flavorful and perfectly seasoned — every bite was packed with taste. The cumin spare ribs were delicious, crispy, and full of aroma. The spinach soup was also fresh and comforting, a perfect balance to the meal. On top of the great food, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely come back again!

Nice and quiet not too noisy. Service was good and attentive. Desserts were nice too. They offer some dishes off the menu so do ask them for the specials. The cod was so so, should have tried their pastas instead. Calamari was good too.

The name is apt, giving you sixteen flavors of frozen yogurt you can fill to your heart's content. They also have an assortment of toppings to put on top. They charge based on weight, so there's no fundamental limit to how much you can get. None of the flavors or toppings are particularly amazing, but you do get a lot of flexibility in your dessert.

This could be the best breakfast spot on the UWS if you want to have the perfect price-quality balance. The guy working there is also super nice and kind. Definitely recommend! Please note that it’s a cash only restaurant.

Things have gone downhill recently. My previous time here I ordered a Matcha latte and received a chai latte, and this time I ordered a hot Matcha latte and they gave it to me iced and by the time they returned it to me hot it had very little Matcha, tasted like hot milk, and had absolutely no sweetener in it. Disgusting. Go to Maman. They fixed my drink. It’s way better.

I always leave time for a cappuccino before the theater. Saw this Starbucks across the street from the West End Theater. Perfect. The seating was pretty full but the wonderful barista saw me wandering around with my coffee and helped nudge a couple people over so I could drink and relax before the show. Really nice all around. I’m very particular about my sushi quality and Kouzan was incredible. The prices are really reasonable, and the hand rolls I ordered were so soft, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth level delicious. I ordered the yellowtail scallion, tuna avocado, and salmon avocado rolls. The service was incredibly fast and the staff was so kind and attentive. Very nice surprise. I discovered this awesome small eatery as I was looking to get a quick healthy bite while in the area. My falafel platter was exceptional. It tasted fresh and delicious. Great coffee spot (anytime of day) for breakfast! Walked in and was greeted by a friendly barista which get warm and genuine on the cold winter morning. The store was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Stopped today to get the steak sandwich. It was tasty but not wow. The place is crowded and the restroom line is always busy. Sometimes they come outside to use the restrooms only. So it makes the place look more crowded. The steak looked like pinky. I don’t know why. But it was ok overall.

Cozy interior with a good amount of seating. I met my friend here around 9am on a chilly Sunday morning and had our pick of tables, but that didn't stop it from getting super busy later on. I ordered the gulab express thinking I'd get a coffee lightly flavored like home. Instead my tastebuds were viciously deported to the sewers of Mumbai. Strongly do not recommend the gulab express, let alone their coffee. Save your cash.
