Decided to check out Malt House for Saturday brunch and we were pleasantly surprised! Sat at the bar and Sarah absolutely took care of us. Opted for the bottomless brunch, ordering the cheese curds to start and then the steak and eggs with a side waffle and the breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious!! Ivan gave us excellent service from the moment we arrived. He was very kind, attentive, and always checked in at the perfect time to see if we needed anything. The place itself has a beautiful modern atmosphere and a very welcoming vibe. We especially loved the iPad menus, such a nice and advanced touch. I placed a carrot cake order for Mother's day, with the written instructions to say " Felíz día de Madre" , however, they forgot to write it. My mother received a blank cake. I called and spoke with a lady who was very apologetic which I appreciated. I understand this is an extremely busy time for them. I would've given them 5-stars had it not been for that one mistake. First time here! I’m a big fan of diners so it’s always nice to try one you’ve never been to! I loved how not busy it was on a Sunday and the decor! I came for brunch time and the service was good. I personally wasn’t a fan of the French toast and my bf didn’t really like that his burger was cooked WELL DONE when he asked for MEDIUM. I usually would ask for food to be fixed but he didn’t want to wait again. Hopefully next time I come I won’t be let down by the food and tryout some new dishes!

I loved this place. First of all it was super clean. That’s a big sign for me. The portion was amazing. I had to divide my order in two to eat it within two days. Tasty, warm food with white and red sauces. Literally there nothing better to eat. You have your rice, your choice of protein (I chose lamb) and of course the salad. Highly recommended !!

Really love the hospitality here. Complimentary soup dumplings are amazing. Must try the crab and abalone soup dumplings as well. If you don’t like the fishy taste of the fumbling just pour some vinegar and add some ginger. Makes all the difference. If you like lots of sauce on your food then this place is for you. Upland is great! The chicken and steak were delicious. For the appetizer the crispy artichokes are a must. We got the chocolate cake for dessert, it wad good but didn’t necessarily love it, it’s very thick and heavy, if you’re a true chocolate lover you will love this. The scoop of ice cream did make a big difference. The service was great and the attention from the staff was amazing. The only bummer was that we came here for their famous burger and they they only serve it for lunch, not dinner.

One of my favorite pizza spots in NYC. The slices are huge, fresh, and packed with flavor. We tried several different varieties and every one was delicious. There’s plenty of seating inside, and they also have outdoor seating. With the beautiful NYC weather lately, sitting outside with a hot slice and people-watching in the East Village is hard to beat. Friendly staff, quick service, and great pizza. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the neighborhood. 🍕☀️

Very poor customer service experience. The employee handling orders was wearing earphones, repeatedly taking them in and out to hear customers, and communication was difficult. Customers had to repeat themselves several times, and there was unnecessary yelling across the counter. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a McDonald’s location. Management should ensure employees remain attentive and communicate respectfully with customers and delivery drivers.
