Brown & Butter Creamery has some of the best gelato I’ve had in the area. One piece of constructive feedback relates to the owner’s interactions with customers. Over several visits, I noticed instances where customers of color greeted her and received little or no response, while white customers were met with noticeably warmer and more engaged conversation shortly afterward. I didn’t think much of it at first, but after hearing others share similar observations, it became difficult to ignore.

This Tribeca location has a bright, welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating and the signature warmth of Puerto Rican hospitality. The coquito latte, made with oat milk, was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—definitely one of the best flavored lattes in the city. I paired it with a chicken empanada that was fresh and savory. The staff was extremely friendly. The total cost was around $25-$45 per person. This has become my new go-to spot in the area!

Really enjoyed my visit to Sushi Nikko. For $68, the 14-course omakase is a great value in NYC. This negative environment permeates the establishment so intensely that I would recommend going to a different Dunkin’ altogether. The quality of the food is decently prepared for a Dunkin,’ but nonetheless would avoid due to the employees.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ location in Brooklyn. I ordered a cold brew with butter pecan and one cream, and it tasted like burnt water. I asked them to remake it, but the second one was just as bad. When they made it a third time, it looked way too creamy even though I specifically asked for only one cream, and it still tasted terrible. Three attempts and they couldn’t get a simple drink right. I definitely do not recommend this location.

Dinner with friends at DOUGH by Licastri in Silver Lake, Staten Island, highly touted for their pizza. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered their version of a Sicilian sfincione, which is one of my top 3 pizzas to order. It’s a specialty pizza, not commonly found in most pizzerias. My friends ordered regular dinner food, however, which looked fantastic - so if I go back, that’s what I’ll do. It’s a fun lively atmosphere inside. The service was great.

this is my first time trying to put Chipotle in Hudson yards. we were waiting online to get our food and they ran out of white rice. we asked the lady who was scooping the white rice how long it was gonna take and she said she did not know. we asked them will there be more she said she didn’t know. her answer to us the whole time was that she didn’t know anything… So we just did an online pick up and once we switched to pick up the service was really quick and they made our bowl nicely.

I stopped by this coffee shop after having ramen nearby because I saw “Tiramisu Latte” on the sign outside and got curious. It turned out to be even better than I expected! The tiramisu cream on top was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with the coffee. Definitely worth trying if you like dessert-style lattes. The barista was also very sweet, warm, and welcoming, which made the visit even nicer. I liked it so much that I ended up buying another cup to go before leaving. Highly recommend!

I would like to bring attention to a recurring issue at a particular restaurant. Every time I visit, I feel ignored, and it seems that the staff does not care about the customers. Good experience! Their drinks are yummy and well made. We ordered the coco mango 50% sugar and oat milk and the lychee dragon fruit with 70% sugar. The spicy popcorn chicken was yummy but a little disappointing because of the portions and the pieces of straight up crunchy flour.
