Wish I would kept trash of the time we walked in till we ordered but it was a long time. As i had plenty of time to stand around until our order was taken I opted out of ordering donuts since I clearly saw saw several flies around the food. When i saw my recipt and it said iced I went back and stated I wanted a hot drink and for my receipt to be adjusted. It's always a great start my day when I visit Blank Street 7th avenue (very often). The team (Zoe, Angie, Bailey, Maui, Anna, Vic, Mackenzie, +) are incredible at their jobs, and are extremely welcoming. The Blondie Matcha is my-go to, and it's always made well - much better than some of the other Blank Street locations I have visited. Well done on the team at this location, Blank Street. They should be used as an example for others.

I got the almond butter açaí bowl from here, and it did not disappoint. The fruits were really fresh, and the portion size was worth the price. Definitely my top spot!

We've been in NYC for just a few days, tried a few coffee shops, this one was excellent. Staff was very helpful. The mocha was a great blend of chocolate and coffee - I'm very particular on my ratio. They had syrup and extra powders for free at the counter. The spinach pie and chocolate cookie were delicious as well. Would totally go back.

Ordered on 5/4/24: Neopolitan- style with meatballs, green peppers and mushrooms. Pizza was disgusting- we ended up throwing it away!! Pizza had almost no sauce, mushrooms appeared to be canned, not fresh, and the cheese, although plentiful, was chewy and tasteless. The "meatballs" were dry and looked like chunks of asphalt. We had Chop (a croquette of spiced potatoes) and Phuchka (small deep fried shells filled with chickpeas, potatoes & onions) and a salad. All were outstanding. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I’m honestly shocked at all the bad reviews. We’ve been ordering from them the past few months and they hit every time. The taste never changes and always stays the same. I walked in to place an order. A Chinese lady was busy cooking chicken wings in the oven when she dropped one of the wings on the floor. She looked around and saw me standing there watching her, but she still picked up the wing from the floor and put it back in the oven as if nothing had happened.
