I have been to DROM many times, primarily to support and see my client Lizzie Thomas a.k.a. Lizzie is a jazz singer perform. Being part of Lizzie‘s team enabled me to go backstage and really get a feel for the venue. The glam room is cute. The staff Is friendly, the lighting is very sexy and makes the performer and their band or team looked really great on stage. You could either “dine in” or sit at the bar to Enjoy the show.

This is an exclusive private members club, so cannot comment on this. The 19th-century Empire Stores building that it sits within is fabulous. If you go to the Time Out Market rooftop bar, you can see a little of this place but access to general public is forbidden. I say, just enjoy Time Out Market and the views, which are amazing!

Edison Ballroom really delivered in producing an incredible event! Valerie was such a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, fair and warm. They went above and beyond to make our day special. The event team was top notch and the food was delicious. All of our guests commented on how the food was excellent, from cocktail hour to seated dinner. Had our company holiday party here. It was fun. The music was nice. The environment was clean. The servers were attentive with the small bites, and cleaning plates. The restroom was clean. They even have tiny screens playing spots by the urinal. The bartenders knew what they were doing, and the drinks were very nice! It was a great experience overall.

El Nuevo Capri Corp #2 is the real deal! If you want authentic Caribbean Spanish food that actually tastes homemade, this is the spot. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The pernil was tender and juicy, the rice was packed with flavor, and the portions are no joke—you’re definitely getting your money’s worth. You can tell this is made with care, not rushed. No fancy frills here, just amazing food, quick service, and prices that make you want to come back again and again.

The Garden at the Ford Foundation is amazing. I go to this place to relax. If you want to find a quiet, cozy pocket garden, this is the perfect place. But before you plan your visit, make sure to check their website. Their open hours might differ every week; sometimes they close at 3 pm. There is also an exhibition in the building, so you should check that out. I am not sure about the bathroom.

Got takeout from this place, and it gave off a nice atmosphere when you walked. This place is convenient, with a viewable menu online. Unfortunately, as smooth as the experience of ordering was, the food was average. Some of it is good, most of it is not good. The rice was decent, but every piece of roast chicken was incredibly dry. The plantains were much tougher than usual for plantains. It is what it is. Good serving size, good pricing, and pass-able service, but food is not great.

Booked this hotel through virgin Atlantic holidays for a good price. I liked the fact they don’t charge a $40 tax per night for ‘resort fees’ like a lot of others do. The breakfast was delicious! We were lucky to get a table right away. The service was incredibly friendly, and everything we ordered was excellent.
