The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. One guy in particular, Steven at the front desk who works late night shifts was very efficient in helping us with our requests. This is a great hotel with kind service and larger (for NYC) sized rooms. The hotel is in a great location with close by restaurants, subway access and necessity stores without being in the mass chaos of Times Square. The rooms are dated with older phones, alarm clocks and a need for more chargers/ charging stations near the bed. But overall comfortable. The service is good and the light snacks in the lobby are appreciated.

Only bad thing is the elevator situation. Not enough elevators for busy hours. Plan an extra 10 minutes in your day for just in case.

Ok....we last-minute booked this place because the other hotel the wedding party was staying in was awful and scary. This Hyatt was fantastic, they have parking (super convenient!!) at a good price, AND the concierge was able to get us a room a little early for us to get ready for the wedding at 11. I greatly appreciate the customer service, accommodation, and the room was clean and nice..gym is good, AC works well, bed is comfy, shower is hot. I'll definitely be back!
