Just a solid neighborhood place. You can spent 15 bucks on fast food mystery meat or a few more (or less ) and have an absolute quality meal. This is my goto at least once a week. Meat is properly seasoned and the veggies are always fresh.

I ordered take out from here and it was the saddest food to ever be delivered to my door. I paid $11 for French onion soup that was less than a serving of a can of cambells and had NO CHEESE. Corned beef and cabbage had an unseasoned boiled potato and unseasoned boiled cabbage. I feel like I paid $40 for prison food. 0/10, would not recommend.

Always have a nice meal here. Perfect poached eggs. Nice team. Really good coffee. Had an off menu “shaken espresso” recently that I hope goes on the menu. The music sometimes can be a little loud but if you ask them to turn it down they’re usually accommodating. Also like the one on Vanderbilt.

Come in and see. This beautiful brewery has top notch beer as well as other great cocktails. They accommodate everyone and the atmosphere is very inviting. The staff is awesome and they carry grace. And the kitchen is incredible with the great food that is served. Pizza is to die for!!! Go take a look and experience a brewery you have never experienced before.

Great bar to watch sports! It’s a standard dive bar. Prices are fine for Brooklyn. Came with friends for the Ohio State championship game. They had a lot of standard bar food. The service here is amazing, the bartender Alexa is always so sweet and quite literally the funniest person i’ve met. Not to mention very attractive which is a plus. This is the best mug of espresso in the South Slope. Yummy hearty baked goods too. Also, the owner and baristas are hip, friendly and fun. The music is alternative, cool and the sound system rocks. Honestly, nothing beats Spice on a Slice! Hands down the best pizza spot around! Don't even bother asking me about any other place because this is the ONLY one I'll ever recommend. I've tried serval of their pies and somehow each one is better than the last. They definitely know how to create a unique, flavorful pizza. 1000000/10 recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it yet! Been here a few times to see my fav djs, most recently Giegling event, can’t speak to food/restaurant since it was a party. However love this place, bartenders are quick. The rooftop is nice plenty of space. The warehouse on the inside was massive it was so nice to enjoy a rooftop party and then walk down the stairs into a warehouse party. Deff worth checking out.

Happened to be on Forest Avenue and saw by to check out the store early one morning. The store was just opening, and Tommy, the owner graciously allowed us in and sold us a bag of chocolate covered pretzels. He was super friendly, informative, and welcoming. I always get black coffee and 1 sugar at Dunkin’ Donuts in general. It’s been 3 times at this place where they keep giving me diluted coffee. They barely change the coffee machine, so the “black coffee” basically turns out to be light brown and tasteless. We came to try the hot chocolate, which was absolutely delicious. It seemed to be "Parisian-style", making it closer to melted chocolate than milk with chocolate powder.
