No-frills counter-serve spot specializing in authentic German sausages with curry sauce.
This spot serves authentic Berlin-style street food right in New York. The Knackwurst sausage is crispy on the outside and juicy inside, topped with a rich house-made tomato curry sauce and fragrant curry powder—classic German street food done right. Simple yet addictive, the balance of spices and savory sausage flavor keeps you coming back for more. Enjoying a hot sausage served on a paper tray in the industrial atmosphere of Chelsea Market feels like a perfect blend of New York and Berlin!

Flew into New York for World Cup and Decided to stay in queens for 1 night before heading to Boston and made my way to Dalys pub to watch some football. What a great place, I was made to feel really welcome by the locals and Asif the barman. Had a great fun night. Highly recommend 🙌. NO SCOTLAND NO PARTY 👍⚽️

Relaxed bar with cozy booths & mod decor popular for its generous happy hour.
As soon as we got in we started ordering ant the bar and my friend went to get seats in the back. The bartender immediately tells us she can’t go to the bathroom unless she buys her own drink. I was literally in the process of ordering and my group was doing the very standard thing of one person orders at the bar -> other person in the group sits down to find seats -> person who orders brings the drinks back. I understand there’s a policy (which we were not violating, by the way) but the accusat

Highbury Pub in Brooklyn is a fantastic neighborhood spot that delivers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a genuinely good time. We visited on a Saturday, and the lively yet relaxed energy made for the perfect evening out. From the moment we walked in, the friendly vibe, comfortable setting, and easygoing charm made us feel right at home. The drink selection is excellent, featuring a solid lineup of craft beers, well-poured pints, and tasty cocktails to suit every preference. The bartenders were

AWESOME bar & bartender. Loved the vibe of the place. It was Open Mic night & we enjoyed visiting with all the locals too. My daughter and I sampled lots of local beers & learned a lot about surrounding area. We will be back on our next trip to New York! We didn't order any food.

I would give it 5 stars for atmosphere if there was more people here. I’ve been twice and i can’t understand why it’s not jam packed with people. Good food. Good drinks. Great bartenders and nice vibes. They have a freaking rooftop and two levels below as well all with plenty of tvs for the World Cup and great music too.

Unassuming pub with a dining room featuring an Irish-American menu, weekend brunch & weekly karaoke.
A great hidden gem, you could almost walk right by the front door without even noticing it was there. Tucked inside a courtyard behind Fulton Marketplace, TJ Byrnes is an Irish pub/restaurant that feels stuck in time, in a great way. On a given afternoon, it seems like you’re surrounded by regulars, which almost gives it a homey sort of vibe. We wanted to stick to the Irish tones and ordered both a corned beef sandwich and a shepard’s pie. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how good the corn

My family and I were on vacation and happened to be in the vicinity when the Detroit Lions game was on. We happened to cross The Five Lamps, and figured we'd try to catch the game. Sure it was on a whim, but it turns out, The Five Lamps was the perfect place to watch the game! Our bartender Dan was fantastic! All the waitstaff were attentive, the place was clean, and it was a great spot to catch the game! The food was great bar fare, the prices were very reasonable, (especially for New York Cit

My boyfriend and I were in the neighborhood exploring the city but I was about to freeze. My boyfriend needed a restroom and I needed something warm, so instead of the café next door, we walked into The Parkgate. Their staff welcomed us right away. We sat at the bar, and when we told the bartender we were just looking for something warm, he suggested the hot apple cider. We weren't planning on drinking anything alcoholic, but then he asked "whiskey or rum?" We went with whiskey. From the very

Came in with a friend who used to be a local. He had set the bar high but I had an even better time than I thought I would. Was packed but didn’t seem crowded, clean, good seating and the overall setup is really cool. Then I realized there was an entire back room- we posted up on the high top booth for hours and had a great time. If I was local I would absolutely live here.

This bar ended happy hour early because it got busy. They advertised specials until a certain time, but once enough people showed up, they stopped honoring them. That’s disingenuous. If you advertise a happy hour, you should honor it for the full posted time. There are plenty of bars in NYC that manage to honor their posted specials regardless of how crowded they get. Customers should be able to trust what’s advertised.

I can’t say enough about this authentic, heartful, lively, fun, beautiful bar. Great music, vibes, real irish people- actually from ireland!:), plus locals, hipsters, students, firemen, everyone is here! I’ve never had a bad time, the true meaning of what a bar can be. A meeting point for new friends and old, singing, talking, and yes, drinking. But don’t expect the guinness you can get in ireland. But for a close real irish feel as only the irish can do- with a brooklyn vibe-this is your place

Excellent no BS Irish bar and restaurant with fantastic food and a cozy atmosphere. The bartender Gary is a friendly guy and the service is top notch. I got the dinner special which was the fireman’s meatloaf. It was one of the better meatloafs I’ve had; super moist and flavorful and the portion was enormous for the price. Mashed potatoes were creamy and green beans were fresh. The french onion soup here is perfect. Also, the Caesar salad is fresh, crisp and tossed with proper homemade Caesar

Very solid döner kebab sandwich. Definitely the closest to the real thing I’ve had so far in NYC. Tried both beef and chicken; I preferred the later as it’s more similar to the spices of the original lamb döner. What makes it is the bread. Super crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Portions are also large.

Mediocre, this is not the döner's spiced, deep, complex flavor I've had in Berlin, in Istanbul, in Paris, hell in Købnhavn. Not even close. The durum is just a tortilla, all the thickness and flouriness hidden by fats. The meat is mellow, moist yes but lacking any spice. The vegetables are standard and that is fine when the meat is the main attraction. Here I feel like I'm having a vegan wrap with a dusting of meat. Really unfortunate as reviews said this was hipster Brooklyn's best of döner. No

Popped in for one drink and ended up staying way longer than planned - classic Craft+Carry effect. Window seats for people-watching, craft beer screens that make browsing a joy, skee-ball, Connect 4, and bathrooms covered in old movie posters. The Grapefruit Squeeze and the house beer were both on point, and the can selection is massive if you're not feeling drafts. Staff were friendly and genuinely added to the vibe. I came early and sat at the bar and kudos to the staff - they're fabulous. Very welcoming and friendly. I ordered the tuna and the grilled cheese sandwich (with truffles, it was delicious). The place is gorgeous but for me, it's a little too much. I prefer Elvis (by the same owner). The vibe at Monsieur is kind of precious e.g. the no-photo rule whereas at Elvis everything is a little more chill.

We had a very nice evening here despite some service issues, like running out of Guinness (in an Irish pub?!) and getting our orders wrong and having the main dishes come with long delays. These things happen, not the end of the world, but a bit of a shame, we would have liked to have eaten together at the same time. The server admitted to us that the kitchen was ‘having a nightmare today’, which whilst quite obvious to us, the honesty was appreciated. We asked for a small concession for the i

I really like this place! The staff are so friendly, the food is great, and it’s very kid-friendly. The scones are legendary. There used to be a bakery in this same spot, and I suspect they’re using the same recipe because they taste just as good. Good bar. Quiet bar. Many drinks. I chose Guinness, cold and creamy from the tap. No kitchen. No dishes. But a pizza was ordered and shared freely. One night, surrounded by glowing TVs, I watched OG Anunoby tip in a game winner. Another night, I played songs I wanted someone else to hear, and ate ice cream cake in honor of a person I did not know. Quiet conversation made some strangers less strange. And others much more so (be forewarned). A small community scattered, across high stools.

I love the aesthetic of the place, very intimate perfect for a date. Service was exceptional, greeted with a smile from the bartender sophie and laura. We felt comfortable in every way, we got a table for 2 and drinks and food was spectacular. Chef has very good flavor profile sauces are amazing ive eaten the reuben before and recommend it, but that night we had the french dip and Caesar salad a charcuterie board.
