Absolutely amazing pizza !The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and really care about what they serve. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. The owner was a local great guy even showed me his beautiful motorcycle. The bartenders have always been pretty chill. Last time I was there, had a pleasant conversation with the afternoon bartender. Haven't really gotten any food, but the atmosphere is what makes the place. The venue is the back has decent sound. Recommend.

this is my favorite taqueria in the area. their al pastor is BOMB, not to mention the portions on the chilaquiles!! (which has such perfectly crispy tortillas) and the guy that runs the stand is so kind and remembers customers. it’s such a nice vibe to chill in too. can’t recommend enough!

I loved it! I was immediately greeted by Andrew the bartender who provided great service. He was obviously educated on the offerings because he was able to provide drink recommendations and share the daily specials off the top of his head. As someone in food service management, that was nice to see. The atmosphere is great and I especially love the trinkets and wall/ceiling decor. This was full stop the kindest service and best spicy butter chicken I've ever had. They also gave us this sauce flight and crispy cracker situation before the meal that was so increadible (not pictured, we devoured, phone could not eat first. Oops). I will dream of this food and it will haunt me until I can return. Super fast service (food in under 15 min) and a clean restroom. Period.

This was seriously some of the best food we had in Brooklyn. This quiet little cafe was such a hidden gem and I'm so glad we stopped by! From the cute decor to the kind and attentive baristas, to the INCREDIBLE food, IC Brooklyn Cafe is a MUST if you're in the area. The coffee was superb and the bagels were insane (I legit bought a second one on my way out and ate it at the airport - it was so worth it). The açaí bowl was also super refreshing and delicious!

Bouncer doesn’t know how to read foreign IDs and got into shouting match with people. Followed up with saying he enjoys that and was having fun when people tried to check him for getting so angry. Ended up going to another bar and he followed us down the block, not once but twice?? Extremely weird behavior and concerning. Love this bar but that was a crazy and unfortunate experience.

Turk’s Inn was an absolutely magical experience. The drinks were phenomenal, especially their White Russian for dessert with homemade tahini. Don’t skip on the fries, they look totally normal but are cooked and spiced to perfection. Relish plate is necessary and we ordered extra pickles on the side. This will be a repeat stop every time we’re in NYC!

This is an amazing place for a couple of drinks and snacks. I have not had an entree here but ordered the empanaditas, not the biggest fan of them as I was expecting something with a bit more of colombia influence and received the total opposite. Otherwise the drinks are amazing and the bartenders are always friendly. The ambiance and decor are my favorite.

This place is phenomenal. The food is freshly made. Super great flavors. Salsa Verde is not spicy at all, which was great. Salsa roja was super spicy for my taste buddies to which my mom added must be the Chile de arbol. Agua de orchata was the cherry on top, perfect combination. Nice lunch spot with a cozy brunch café vibe. They also have a larger downstairs room. The sandwich was okay, but the service was especially friendly and welcoming, which really stood out. A few people were working on their laptops, but it did not feel like just a workspace. Overall, a pleasant place for lunch or coffee.

On a cold rainy day I had an event to attend but definitely in need of some coffee. So after getting of from the train I was looking down from the train station to see if there was any coffee place . And this one catches my eyes! When I get inside the whole place was empty, I figured it's the weather! Loved the decor , very clean, customer service is on point! I saw the sign it stated best croissant in town so you know me, gotta try that ! I don't live in that area , let alone in that borough.

A decent little draught cocktail bar with an interesting menu. Lots of classic, everything is vegan-friendly on the drinks list (aqua faba is used in place of egg whites). The drinks were good and the staff was friendly. Slightly higher priced given the drinks are draught, but the vibe of this bar is really fun and inviting, very different.

This place rocks. It smells like wood and almost feels like you're inside a boat. They know how to pour their Guinness and have a solid list of fantastic draught options. They also attract a really nice crowd, big perk.

It can be quiet at times depending on the day/time, but it also gets lit in the evenings. They have a great happy hour, amazing cocktails, and exceptional service. Roxanne in particular (and so many other bartenders, too) are so good at what they do. The vibes are there.

Didn't get a drink, but I did go to support a friend DJing there. There seems to be some technical issues (ie their sound quality was rather off and my friend remarked some equiptment wasnt working properly...) but their atmosphere is otherwise very cozy! I'd love to talk to someone about getting them some live plants, but I can respect choosing fake ones since they are just easier. (Hit me up if you'd like help with having live plants!!)

I placed an order on here via DoorDash. I just need to say that this is the most inedible food I’ve had in my life. The mangu, DRY. The salami, DRY. You guys didn’t even put eggs/fried cheese. My favorite pizza in the area. Always tasty and reasonably priced. The service is also great and they seem to take good care of their employees. I had a wonderful experience at Calabrije's Margaritas & Tacos! From start to finish, everything was outstanding. The service was friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. The server was extremely attentive and pleasant. She was efficient and friendly, and she refilled our water throughout the meal. The $11 option (appetizers and main course) is definitely worth it — everything was delicious. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the mango sticky rice, which was also excellent. We can only recommend this place, and we truly want to thank our server for her warm hospitality.

I’ve been grabbing a bagel from here about once a week for the last couple years. They’re consistently some of the best bagels I’ve had in Brooklyn. Lots of variety in terms of bagels, cream cheeses, and made to order sandwiches from the kitchen. The guys behind the counter have always been friendly and nice. It’s been a lot of the same people over the years too, which to me is a good sign of management/ownership with staff retention. Definitely a great spot to grab a quick bite!

Incredible pizza, definitely one of the better spots I've had. We split a pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni/sausage. The cheese was the best version of it for sure, but the meat side was also delicious. We also got a nonna salad, which was lovely. Pizza by the slices were delicious, deep dish was OK, but wouldn't eat it again. The restaurant is very tight spaced (always busy), so not alot of seating available in the actual restaurant, but they have additional seating upstairs and outside. Prices were reasonable and service was OK, they are focused so not alot of engagement.

just discovered this lil gem a few blocks from my house! i just came back from vacation and needed a lil pick-me-up. I LOVE that this spot is owned by Latinos (mi gente!). I ordered an iced horchata latte with a BLT on a croissant. Delicious. 10/10 and i’m not even exaggerating (I’m picky with coffee and snacks!).
