Rosario’s is literally a hidden treasure. It’s hidden by the elevated MTA subway stairs. I heard great things about Rosario’s pizza in particular and of the owner. Ok. I am thoroughly surprised in the nicest way possible. I didn’t put too much thoughts into a “all you can eat” menu. A large selection of items and very good quality. The food here is absolutely fantastic, and the service is top-notch! I’d come back in a heartbeat just for the seafood combination—the fish on that plate is incredible, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. Even the lemon potatoes are a standout. If you love bold, flavorful dishes, this place is a must-try.

Seriously deliciously hearty Salmon Skin Salad the real way, and super fresh sushi a la carte. Relatively big portions at very reasonable prices. There are other Japanese options within this area’s restaurant jungle, but this one is a must try for a humble yet fully authentic quality.

Lovely experience in this Latin bar/restaurant. Had the Arepa which was delicious. Frozen Pina Colada was nice also. Place was quiet due to time of day but the decor was authentic and made for a relaxing aesthetic. Most notably the staff were very nice and helpful. I will be back for sure.

Had an excellent gyro tonight at Taste of Gyro in Astoria. The meat was perfectly seasoned and sliced, the pita was warm and soft, and everything was fresh. Simple, honest food done right. Portions were generous and the flavors really hit the spot. This is exactly what a gyro should be. Even though they were busy at the place with take out orders they were working hard to please everyone. Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

Had our company’s Christmas party here and overall had a great time. The DJ was excellent and really kept the energy up all night—music was on point and the crowd was lively. The atmosphere was fun and perfect for a group event. The only downside was the $40 cover charge, which felt a bit steep, but aside from that, the night was a good experience. Would definitely come back for another event.

We had a lovely dinner here for the first time! We were seated right away and the garlic bread for starters was incredible! Just what I was craving! I had the spaghetti carbonara which was so delicious and my husband had the schiacciata which very tasty! The service was great, everyone was friendly. 10/10 recommend ☺️

We just happened to pass by this place and decided to give it a try. First, the place is super clean including the bathroom! Service could have been better with smiles but ok. Now the food is what really shines. And what’s great about this place is that the food isn’t too over spiced. You can add salt and pepper as you like. Revised Dec, 2019 We came here once again and to bad I can't give another star because Antonio's Kitchen deserves it. (5+) They top last years gathering and that's not always easy to do. The food was really good again. The Penne a la Vodka is well done. The Chicken Rice with Chorizo was tasty. Chicken Parmigiana and Eggplant Parmigiana where done just right. Staff is very attentive to assist and serve. I will recommend this business for sure and would look forward to coming back again and again

Don't normally leave negative reviews but every-time I come in here I hope the cold brew will be better. It's just not good. There's multiple options as well but they just don't taste smooth. Most of the cafes around are greek spots that don't serve cold brew so it's disappointing that one of the only spots aside from starbucks/dunkin can't quite get it right. Hoping that leaving this review helps change the recipe!

i came in in a rush to work and i placed a mobile order. when i came in to get the mobile order it had not been started yet because they told me they were out of french vanilla flavor. i said thats fine, not a big deal and told the guy to just not put any flavor. tell me why he puts butter pecan in my coffee??? i dont want that bro. then this picture is how full it was when it was handed to me. it was not full at all. i was in too much of a rush to say anything.

I had a great experience at this cookie shop in my neighborhood! The cookies are absolutely delicious — fresh, soft, and full of flavor. Omar and Kimberly helped me during my visit and they were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their friendly service made the experience even better. I went for the first time. The employee Santos & Daniel. We’re so kind and patient! The ice cream flavors are great. A bit overpriced, but u would be back just for the great customer service. I've lived in Astoria most of my life and had never been before, but I'm so glad we finally did. We had the tomahawk steak, lamb chops, branzino, calamari, Greek salad, and octopus, and everything was outstanding. It's a great place to celebrate with a larger group if you plan ahead: our table was an 8 top. 10/10, and I can't wait to go back.

The food here is great most of the time but very inconsistent. I order from here frequently. But there or Times when you receive your food and you can tell they did not care about who was eating it. If they could fix this problem, it would be a great place to order from all the time and eat in.

I unfortunately forgot to take pics when they were in cute cupcake stands at the party, but they were so beautiful and more importantly DELICIOUS!! They were a success at my daughter's Sanrio themed Sweet 16. This bakery will now be my go-to for all birthdays and big events! Ordering was a breeze, communication was excellent. Cannot recommend this place enough!! You will not be disappointed!

Nice Guinness pour here, no doubt about that. The turkey club wasn’t that great unfortunately. The meat was dry and the bacon was so fatty and chewy the thing was inedible. The saving grace here was the garlic cheese fries. Those were absolutely fire.

Nachos were ok i should of put the steak as the protein to give it that final touch. The jalapeños were made from scratch and it was a nice touch. Maybe i was just missing a yellow cheese on the nachos. The enchiladas de mole were good. The protein of choice with the enchilada was steak it was really tender and flavorful. I feel like the salsa provide were just simple. I needed one with some kind of heat to give it the 5 star.

genuinely the best bagel in astoria however dealing w the owner makes this spot somewhere i rarely go. have never met a more miserable person in my life nor have i interacted with someone so determined to ensure her customers have a terrible experience. the shop always looks closed as well as the lights are only ever half on. i can’t say i’d recommend dealing with her attitude and i’m certain she’s lost MANY patrons this way, but the bagels truly are great and the best in the neighborbood. cash

The loukoumades were delicious -- like donut holes with an extra crunchy outside. I got the traditional style with walnut crumbles, honey, and a dusting of cinnamon. There were a few tables inside and a few tables outside. The storefront opens to the street so nice weather can be enjoyed inside & outside. The food was tasty, good music playing, the vibe was chill -- the woman who helped me was wearing literal fairy wings. It felt like a lovely peaceful breath of fresh air.

This was the place to order food and be able to sit inside for a while. It was refreshing to h ear early reggae songs the entire time. The few tables seem like an afterthought to the main business of to go and delivery orders. But be aware the small number of seats means no restroom. The whole restaurant is bright and very clean. The food was very good too. Peruvian Chicken with two sides was flavorful and filling. I would be happy to go back and bring a friend or two.

The highlights of the night were definitely the calamari and the desserts—they stood out. However, the main dishes, pizza and pasta, were disappointing. I would not recommend the pizza. By New York standards, it doesn’t compare to many others we’ve tried. While the buffalo mozzarella was nice, the pizza dough itself was underwhelming. I came with two friends from Greece excited to be in Astoria. Music unfortunately was cancelled that night. Food was good but overpriced and they charged us for a lot. Bill came out to be over 200 just for three people. We had to go so we didn't analyze the bill but it was more than we had calculated it to be. Felt scammed but what can you do. Our morale was wounded afterwards, it was a sad evening. Would not go here again though, in part it was reflective of the area but there were nicer place

Awesome spot. Came here for a friend’s birthday celebration. We had some drinks and it was karaoke night. It was a really cool vibe with a great crowd as well. The space is small and intimate but it also feels spacious. Will definitely be back!

Downside is that the plates were “fancy” plastic, chairs were very scratched up, and the check binder/folder was from Marriott (yes, the hotel), and it was old and flimsy, like it was about to fall apart. I really genuinely hate to be that guy, but there was half a dead centipede in my soup. I only ordered in because I'm sick, and I was put off the rest of my meal ($30). The lady I spoke to was nice and offered either a $3 cash refund for one of the 2 soups, or to deliver another wonton soup (no thanks, I don't really want to think about where the other half of the bug is). Feels almost like a bar on the left bank of Paris with its ancient flooring, pressed tin and wooden door jams. Dim lighting, small tables, no tvs. Music is the bartender’s choice and is generally superlative unless it’s live and then it’s unknown strivers making their sound. I’ll take this bar over any in Astoria, maybe even NYC.

If you a looking for something special in Astoria Eli’s cafe should be the first choice for coffee and snacks. Eli’s cafe is very nice, clean and cozy space in astoria. They have a very large variety of coffee. I love their cappuccino with extra shot in it. The owner is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When i entered into the cafe i get all the positive vibes from the ambiance. I’m truly impressed by the service and welcoming experience. Thank you and i will definitely come back again.

I’m honestly furious about the portion sizes at this Chipotle. It’s a complete embarrassment. I’ve been to multiple other locations, and I have never seen anything even close to this. What you’re serving here is ridiculously small and absolutely unacceptable. It genuinely feels like some of the staff are mocking customers by putting such minimal amounts of food in the bowl.

Just had dinner from Jack's Pizza tonight and it was absolutely on point. The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor with quality ingredients you can actually taste.
