Dine-in section is classy with an “old” Italian charm. The food is fantastic! Classic Italian dishes like lasagna, wood fire pizzas and pastas. Take-out section is cash only, your pizza is ready in 10 minutes. The pizza guys are super busy and working fast so just pay and pick up once your order is called. Have cash in hand. The pizza’s are delicious no doubt about that, classic NYC thin crust. Try the vodka pizza sauce with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto.

I went late night about 2 AM. The three employees behind the counter were very very nice. Great customer service. So originally I went to the drive-through but then I got out and came inside. I was happy I did because the workers were great, which was a pleasant surprise for that time of the night and it was freezing outside that night I might add. The bathrooms were clean as well. I will be back. It's not my first time there, but this is my first review of this fun location.

The food is so nasty at this location. I got a baked potato that was hard as a rock. It wouldn't even break apart. The Nuggets weren't crispy. Some of them were burnt, and some of them were soft. The fries was hard dry and still . The cashiers was very nice and polite with the food. There is terrible.

Really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered the Thai steak salad and popcorn chicken, and both were great. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the salad was fresh with a nice chili lime dressing. The popcorn chicken was crispy, well seasoned, and came with a tasty sauce on the side. I also had a spicy lemongrass cocktail, which paired really well with the food. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Would come back again.

I purchased a quarter pounder with cheese and noticed the meat looked unusual. It seemed undercooked and somewhat odd, which is worrying because it could lead to foodborne illnesses. I am very disappointed and surprised.

I visited this restaurant for a repast in honor of a loved one who passed away, and the experience was truly memorable. The service is fine, some people just don't know how to handle bluntness. The food is good but not great, but mainly due to the oil. I know it's a critical part of this cuisine but like with Indian food, I expected a move away from heavy oil to allow the spices to enhance the flavor. That being said yes the jollof rice is good (I don't know about the best). The meats are tender there is no doubt. Just be aware you'll need a carbonated drink to unstick the oil while you eat.

Horrible I paid for food and they refuse to give it to me. I asked for the district manager and got ignored for over 30min. Both hardly speak English and when asked for my food or a refund I got yelled at in Spanish in front of multiple people. I asked for the manager name and they looked at me and ignored me. Great service, great food and atmosphere. The best Puerto Rican cuisine in El Barrio. The pernil and rice are so good, the bacalaitos amazing and the best so far are the Mallorcas shipped weekly from Puerto Rico. Can’t get more authentic than that! Drinks are great as well. Wow - I have never had vegan soul food and this was so incredible. I got a bowl loaded up with everything the person behind the counter recommended (who was very kind!) and it was amazing. It does get crowded in there but so worth it. They weight food by the pound, so for my bowl + a bottle of water it was $19.

Fantastic spot for beers and burgers. The beer selection is great, and the burgers have enough meatiness in them to go well with the beers. Get the fries instead of the salad, both are good but good fries are harder to find nowadays. I also recommend the onion rings when you get the chance.

I came today waited about 25 minutes and had no issue waiting. I’ve been coming to this KFC since I was a little girl. My grandpa used to bring me here all the time as a child for lunch. This KFC is a staple in Harlem and the workers are quick and efficient, hard-working. The food was delicious.

The place was a bit crowded when we arrived, and the security guard had to escort a few people out. However, once we had our food and found a table, the atmosphere improved significantly as the crowd dispersed. The food was delicious and fresh. If this Burger King didn’t have security, my rating would have been lower, but they did a commendable job of keeping the place clear and free of disruptive individuals who could have ruined our dining experience.

I went once for breakfast and the time it took for avocado toast was insane and it wasnt that busy. The 2nd time I went was for lunch the wait once again was insane for a salad, I wasnt given the bread it comes with and my strawberry matcha had basically no strawberry but I was still charged.

i ordered a cortado and the milk was too hot, very bubbly instead of a balanced micro foam. staff was nice but could def use barista training. i sat and watched the barista struggle with espresso drinks. i think she scorched all the milk based drinks.
