I’ve had KBBQ a good amount around the world including Korea, and most places in Ktown in Manhattan, and The marinated Mapo Galbi is arguably The Best I ever had. The vibe is of an old school BBQ place in Korea / cozy. The owners were super friendly, service was immaculate, banchan were also delicious; not sure how this place has only 4 stars, but that’s great for those trying this place as less hyped maybe. Cafe Auburndale felt cozy, love the vibes in there. My encounter with the young female worker kinda ruined my first time experience here, when I asked her what the ingredients were in a certain item, she told me to read the sign instead of kindly telling me. while walking away from the register as if she wasn’t interested in helping me. Had such a great experience at Tiger Sugar Flushing! The new drinkable tiramisu is honestly so creative and tastes amazing—rich but not too heavy.
