I got a kale Caesar salad with crispy chicken and a crispy chicken thigh sandwich. The kale Caesar salad was fresh and colorful. The chicken was crispy, but was very flat. The flavor was nice. We had dinner here last night. The weather in New York was beautiful. Windows were open, customers and staff in a good mood, a perfect Thursday evening! Great cocktails, delicious steamed mussels in white wine broth, perfect steak frites, and a rich chocolate mouse avec chantilly to end the meal. Excellent service. Highly recommend. My only criticism is prices are on the high side even for Manhattan!

While coming back from the MET, we stopped here for a quick coffee. It was around 6 PM, so I’m guessing it was close to closing time. Whenever I go to a coffee shop—especially a local one—I prefer getting my drink in a proper cup instead of those plastic ones. Anyway, I ordered a classic latte, but the taste felt very generic and nothing special to me. The ambience was good and the service was nice too; I just didn’t really connect with the place.

Chef Jorge and the Kansha experience was lovely. Personal, intimate, and so well thought out. We went to the omakase counter as a party of 4, and had the counter to ourselves. (although it seats 6) The entire 17 course omakase was well planned and executed, with fantastic quality fish, rice, etc. Loved interacting with Chef Jorge and hearing about his story while we ate our way through the omakase. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Menu and staff make prices impossible to understand prior to choosing. The only prices for the main dishes, state pricing for each protein, but strangely does not clarify what you’re actually buying. For example, I want tacos. I asked the lady for the Carne Asada, which said $13.99. She asked me well how many tacos do you want? I said, however, many come with the $13.99 price. My Dad has recently passed away and when I came to Roma and ordered their shrimp alfredo pasta with garlic bread a few weeks ago, I cried while eating this meal because I saw the pasta and garlic bread was made with so much care and so much consideration. It reminded me a lot of my dad. I definitely love this food place and I will definitely come back to eat from them soon.

This place was okay. There is a cute interior and fine service but the food was just alright. I got chicken katsu ramen which was a lot better reheated than it was at the actual restaurant. The vegetable dumplings were pretty good though. We were a party of two with no reservations on a Sunday evening and we were seated immediately. Perfect for groups of 2-4. The atmosphere is very quiet, you can hear everyone’s conversations.

Honestly I’m incredibly upset at this type of service especially for someone being in the city, the guy took my order , didn’t read it out loud and made it wrong , when I asked for a refund , it was incredibly difficult . The barista who took my order was Tyler. This is honestly dissapointing and for anyone taking a stroll in Central Park and wants to stop by this place, save yourself the long walk and walk to another place !

Delicious felafel pita and fried eggplant. The pitas were well put together with veg, pickles, sauces and soft felafel. It was easier to eat than a lot of pockets and held its form well. Small indoor seating and bar seating option at the side. Drinks selection includes some Israeli options.

First time visiting Fellini Coffee and I was impressed! They have a cute walk up window to make ordering on the fly very easy. I was recommended the Dolce Vita drink and asked for just one pump of syrup, which made it perfectly balanced—not overly sweet and still full of flavor. I was so excited to come eat here as I haven’t been to a Pio Pio in years. It was definitely not the experience I remembered . The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there . The fried rice was so bad, the chicken was hard as a rock and added shrimp was crunchy like it was from the day before. Hoping the dog will eat it for dinner later. Luckily the 1/2 chicken was still as tasty as I remembered. Maybe an off day but I don’t think I will be returning to this location .

The bartender yelled at us cuz we didn’t wanna leave 10 minutes before they close which I get cuz they wanna go home but they were selling drinks till last minute and I got a drink and they didn’t let me even try it after they charged me. There’s too many ways to ask people to leave and screaming at people is not one of them, I told her that she doesn’t have to be mean to people and she replied to me “You don’t wanna know how I am when I’m mean”. What a wonderful experience I had at Emmy squared pizza. The atmosphere, simple yet elegant. The wait staff was accommodating & Knowledgeable. The food satisfied your taste buds! I had to try the Burger and it was delicious. The sweet pickle gave it that extra kick. We asked for the sauce on the side because we were told that it was a bit spicy. The french fries were lovely. I usually love the Mocha Cookie Crumble and drink it almost every day, but this location was really disappointing. The drink was about 70% whipped cream, and the barista didn’t even give me a straw. After the whipped cream, there was nothing but a bland taste. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to make it properly. This was the worst one I’ve ever had — so bad that I couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t bother complaining, I just threw it away.

Amazing Georgian food spot in NYC. The khachapuri is a must try! Very cheesy and fresh. The khinkali are juicy and flavorful, and the eggplant dish is incredible. Great wine selection and cocktails, fun atmosphere, and everything comes out fresh. Definitely a place you come back to.

Marialla’s Pizza on Lexington Avenue between 70th and 71st has wonderful Italian heros, salads and phenominal Neapolitan and Sicilian Pizzas. Some of guys who work there have been employed since 1976 and if I’m correct, one of their newer bakers has been working at Mariella’s for 25 years! The restaurant has a large dining room and a very loyal clientele. It’s a very popular restaurant for families since children love their pizzas!

We enjoyed a verde gimlet and summer sour along with arancini, mafalde al limone, fusilli al ferretto, pappardelle salsiccia, and a torta cioccolato e nocciola. Very busy location around noon on a weekend, great location next to Central Park. Perfect for a walk through the park with a Matcha. A few tables outside, no where to really seats. Much more of a grab and go spot. Matcha was good. The aesthetic is good but overhyped.

I was there December 21, 2021 and went with my friends and no one had made reservations to have dinner. We called this restaurant and they gladly took us in. It was good food great service we had shrimp and pasta, chicken and pasta in lasagna in the Calamar, but I hear the pizza it’s phenomenal. We didn’t have it though. The dishes were very large family style. I truly recommend it.

We first came here as we wound our way for an afternoon at The Frick. Of all the places we've had breakfast/brunch in NYC, this place has the best eggs. There was taste in every bite of my omelet and my partner's over easy was perfect. A week later we are here again as we head to the Cooper Hewitt.
