Narrow, relaxed restaurant offering homestyle Mexican dishes, along with margaritas & imported beer.
The service was slow, had to keep asking for things multiple times before finally receiving it. The taste of the food was okay, kind of bland, the drinks were good. The atmosphere was nice. This restaurant can do a lot better, it has potential, but you can tell the workers just don’t care much.

Came here for my birthday two years ago and decided to come back again this year. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully explained by the staff. Every single person involved in service was warm, attentive, and really just great people. So happy to see this place is still doing well. Can’t wait to come back for the new lunch menu as well.

This was full stop the kindest service and best spicy butter chicken I've ever had. They also gave us this sauce flight and crispy cracker situation before the meal that was so increadible (not pictured, we devoured, phone could not eat first. Oops). I will dream of this food and it will haunt me until I can return. Super fast service (food in under 15 min) and a clean restroom. Period.

Great selection of desserts and pastries. I got the chocolate chip cookie. A classic. It was large and so soft and gooey in the middle. It was also 100F outside, which made it melt somewhat fast. No seating. Just counter service.

I always leave time for a cappuccino before the theater. Saw this Starbucks across the street from the West End Theater. Perfect. The seating was pretty full but the wonderful barista saw me wandering around with my coffee and helped nudge a couple people over so I could drink and relax before the show. Really nice all around. Good coffee. Good crowd. Great music.

Lively, hip destination for natural wines, small plates & a charming heated backyard patio, plus DJ nights.
We rented out the back garden at Baba on Withers for my husband’s birthday party, and they truly delivered. Everything—from the space and vibe to the staff and the food—was incredible. We had a dedicated server, Sydney, who was amazing. She brought such great energy, was incredibly attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of all night. Not a single guest ever had an empty drink, and the whole experience felt seamless and fun from start to finish. We were so impressed by her ability to s

Cafe for Australian-style coffees with table & window-counter seating & chic touches.
This Australian-style café in the East Village has a bright, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by great natural light and cozy seating. The maple latte was outstanding—smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too sweet. I paired it with their fresh and flavorful avocado toast. The staff was extremely friendly and chatty. The total cost was around $18-20 per person. This is now one of my favorite coffee spots in the neighborhood!

This is a hidden gem. What they do, they do really good! The chicken is flavorful and crispy. The rice is done to perfection and you can’t beat the price point!!! Modern, tranquil Japanese eatery offering sushi, sashimi & traditional cooked dishes.
I’m very particular about my sushi quality and Kouzan was incredible. The prices are really reasonable, and the hand rolls I ordered were so soft, fresh, melt-in-your-mouth level delicious. I ordered the yellowtail scallion, tuna avocado, and salmon avocado rolls. The service was incredibly fast and the staff was so kind and attentive. And for dessert, the matcha tiramisu and the assorted mochi (matcha, strawberry, and mango) were to DIE for. Highly recommend, this is my new favorite spot on

love this bar such a cozy neighborhood spot. love the day time bartender with the blonde hair, she always greets me with a smile and fills my drink before i even have to ask. The regulars here are so cool and always great conversation if youre coming alone looking for some company, but also very respectful if you do not. 10/10 bar definitely my favorite spot in the village.

Sundaes Best is right on 32nd Street near Koreatown, so I walk by it constantly on my commute. On the day of a concert at MSG, my wife and I stopped in after work for something to cool down before the show. We skipped the sundaes and ice cream this time and went straight for the frozen yogurt — got the green grape flavor, and it was really good. I pulled up to The Taco Bar recently for the first time. This is the perfect spot where you could catch up with a friend or casually grab a bite/drink. Especially when the weather is nice. There’s indoor and outdoor seating available. I started with the tostones and guacamole and empanadas. I’ve had tostones plenty of times but never with guac and it was pretty good. As soon as we walked in, the server at the bar, Anthony, greeted us and remained attentive the entire night. We decided to eat at the bar and the drinks and food were amazing! I tasted nothing that I didn't like. Top to bottom, all was tasty! Hibiscus Margherita, Lychee Martini, UES-cocktail, Yes, Yes, Yes! Duck with sweet potatoes, green beans and the chicken with carrots, and mashed potatoes, Yum, Yum, Yum! All ended with cheesecake and espresso martinis.

Quiet, casual nook featuring a variety of pho & Vietnamese staples like summer rolls & dumplings.
Service was a bit slow and pho soup was not savoury enough (it’s very sweet) but otherwise, no complaints about the food. Adding extra brisket to the mama pho was the best idea ever because it made the ratio of pho to meat a lot better. The short rib was tender as well. Pork chop for pork chop rice was good too. The lemon grass chicken summer rolls were decent but we would not get them again.

The turkey burger was basic—nothing to write home about. But the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were fresh, which helped. Fries were hot and crispy, just right. The spicy chicken sandwich stood out: crunchy, well-executed, and the bacon took it up a notch. The maple waffle fries were a pleasant surprise—crispy, sweet-savory, and unlike your usual side. Service was spot-on across the board.

As a sit down restaurant... 3.5stars ONLY measuring the food? 4.4stars Went today with my father and little sister. The food was good, well seasoned. Fresh. No problems there as you can see from the pictures. The service however... was kind. But messy. There were multiple mistakes. We ordered drinks. Got halfway through meals before WE realized we never got it. (You can even see only water in the pictures) The first check was incorrect. About half the actual price. I politely sent it back.

Amazing chole bhature. Best part is they are pure vegetarian and serves Jain Chole as well. A must try when around queens or jfk airport area. The only downside i would say is the atmosphere / vibe. This place is a bit outdated so could really use some renovation or redesign. Also, the path that leads to restroom is disturbing and unhygienic.

Lovely female-owned brewery in the heart of Williamsburg - right by McCaren park! I thoroughly enjoyed all their tastings, but believe their DDH (double dry hopped) Hazy IPA takes the cake in terms of pure voluptuousness and flavor. Service was excellent, and prices are in line with what you'd expect for fresh beer in the area. Interior vibes are welcoming with plenty of sunlight!

I came here for the Love Island Watch Party and had an amazing experience. From the outdoors, coming in, the hospitality, respect and consideration is top tier. I have a walker and I felt so comfortable the whole time, I was accommodated and checked on throughout. I had the Sweet and Spicy Wings, which were cooked to perfection, and so tasty. I had a Espresso Martini for the first time, which was AMAZING and the Doughnuts were so fresh, warm and the perfect dessert. I will definitely come back,

What a pleasant discovery during our walk in the East Village. We didn’t know this place at all but we saw it and stopped by for a quick coffee. We enjoyed a very nice Pastel de Nata (it brought me back to my times in Portugal)… after that we got a piece of Banana Bread and 2 well done espresso. Place was nice too. Small but quiet and cozy. Baristas were polite and attentive. We will definitely go back!

Balboa was a fantastic surprise and one of those places we discovered while simply walking around the neighborhood. The Caribbean food was outstanding, and the jerk chicken was especially memorable, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Listen, I have been a regular at this cafe for years, and I spend a lot of money here and love going in. I go multiple times a week to buy lattés, and I tip well. The way the staff navigates customers using the bathroom makes you feel totally unwelcome. Your customers are being treated like a nuisance and it is poor hospitality and it makes me not want to come back here unless something changes around this. It is the second time I had a really unpleasant experience about this issue specifically

Had an excellent meal here for my father's birthday. We went with the tasting menu - it wasn't cheap but it was nice to try a wide selection of dishes. Overall the food was very good, with the tortellini, the Waygu and the burger being the standouts. (We ordered one burger à la carte for the table and split it). The fish was just ok. We made a reservation. We came for the views which were amazing! Our server was amazing, Noe, and he was so patient with us with our drink orders and went above and beyond by explaining the views and drink menu for us. We ordered drinks and I enjoyed my whiskey drink pictures but my friends ordered vodka drinks with blue curacao and they said it was too tart. We definitely came for the views, we had dinner before so we did not order any food here.

Recently redesigned location. Adequate parking lot in front of the store. Store is long and narrow, with seating available. Very nice spot. Everything tasted fresh. Coffee was hot.
