The bagel itself is good; a crispy sourdough that’s soft inside. We ordered the smoked salmon and tomato. I surprisingly didnt like the smoked salmon very much. For such a busy spot with constant orders, i expected the salmon to taste fresher and better. I personally found the salmon bagel overly salty to me, maybe bc there’s just so much fish but i was hoping for more balance amongst the flavors. I was def drinking a lot of water eating the salmon. Their banchan are not super varied but all go well with meat. The restaurant space goes in deep and has plenty of air vents for grilling. Typically try out different coffee spots every weekend with my girlfriend. This is at the top of our list so far. The owner/manager was great he was very helpful. I was nervous the drink I ordered was going to be super sweet, the guys nailed it. Perfect sweetness, only potential downside is the price point. But you pay for what you get, great product. He mentioned they own The Buttery next door excited to try it out next.

The pizzas were all thin-crust, and had cheese the way I liked it but honestly the dough base was a little too bready and chewy for my preference. A really nice place for breakfast and a pastry. We had breakfast here as it was close to our hotel then later had a coffee and pastry. The salads look amazing as well. The staff were quick and the food was really good. Its tucked away among other bagel shops but its worth seeking out. The prices are reasonable and there is free WiFi.

Great food with decent, above average price. We had a party for 10+ ppl. While the server was polite and friendly they definitely didn't check on us enough so we had to call them over and over again. Not something you wanna do when 18% already included to your check. BYOB is huge yes for this place.
