I can't speak to the other Joe Coffee Company locations, but this one had quick service, friendly baristas, and our group enjoyed their drinks across the board. Love this spot for my Mexican food fix, the vibe is chill, very simple and modest decor of Mexican accents. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Our food was so delish and flavorful. I loved their salsa, it had just enough kick. My husband and I had shrimp fajitas, tostadas and chicken enchiladas with corn tortilla, all were on point. Worst damn Dunkin you can imagine. Shifts don't show up constantly. You waste your time going there for nothing. To top it off, there will be a worker there and they will deny you service knowing no one showed for the next shift. If a customers shows and you're there, you should service them at the least. Who's in the business of turning down money? Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to manage the workers better. Unacceptable.

I’m really disappointed with this place. They do not read orders correctly and end up giving you whatever they feel like. It’s happened more than once, so at this point I don’t know if they can’t read or if they just don’t care about getting it right. It comes across as careless and completely unprofessional. A go-to spot, always consistent with freshness and quality. I always order the Energy salad with salmon with the italian dressing on the side. The salad hits all the time. They used to have a taco truck in Madison Square Park, which my boyfriend and I used to frequent on the weekends and on occasion week day mornings. Now we make an occasional weekend trip from Manhattan to their Prospect Heights location and grab tacos to eat there as well as their 6-pack to go.
