Service is unusually slow here, even when it's not busy. I usually get small orders, like an iced coffee or an order of hash browns. Coffee with milk normally takes 10 seconds at other locations (an extra minute if I get hash browns), but I end up waiting at least 4-5 minutes each time I go to this location. it was really fast to get food here. this is the only positive thing. cold food is expensive and not fresh. i got a thai chicken wrap and orange juice, it cost 20 dollars. expensive, and so disappointing. the salad greens in the chicken wrap was disintegrating, like it’s been in there a few days. and the pineapples, which was an odd choice, also had an off flavour. i’d say avoid the cold wraps. i’m afraid of getting a stomachache from this. i’ll update if i do.

One of the best bowls I ever had! I got the Mexican bowl with Peruvian Aji Dressing inside and guacamole on the side that paired extremely well. I don't think their chicken is real chicken. I ordered general chicken w/ rice. I had to throw it out. When I chewed the chicken it became like strings.. It was tough. I suppose most people don't know what real chicken is supposed to taste like. They are very inventive so I wouldn't doubt it's not real chicken.

It ended up being rescheduled to arrive nearly 2 weeks late and I wasn't notified until it was too late to place an order for vday at a local baker. I was double charged at this Dunkin location on East 14th St and Kings Highway in Brooklyn. When I brought it to their attention, the staff denied it instead of checking the transaction properly. I ended up spending 20 minutes on the phone with my bank and now have to wait 10 days to get my money back. Very disappointing customer service and accountability. Customers should check their receipts carefully at this location.
