Lulo was outstanding! I came on a coworker’s recommendation and was greeted warmly by the owner, who even shared stories about his family in my field. I had the chicken cutlet with rice and beans—juicy, flavorful, and so hefty I couldn’t finish it. The bean juice mixed with the rice was amazing, even for someone who usually avoids beans. The owner even let me sample another dish on the house. Great food, great hospitality—I’ll definitely be back.

Food was delicious and owner was very nice! We even got 2 free egg dishes (I’m not sure if it was because we had more people or if it was for everyone but it was still great nonetheless!) Ocean View Cafe is an authentic Russian cafe located on the corner of Brighton Beach. This is by far the best Centurion Lounge I’ve ever been to.
