Le Bain has been one of my favorite spots in the city for a night of dancing! If you love EDM and trance, the music here is usually fantastic on weekends! The security staff are mostly rude and dismissive, and getting in without knowing the RSVP or ticket system can be tricky for new people. I had a great experience at IHOP! Our waitress was extremely nice, friendly, and provided excellent service the entire time. I ordered via Uber Eats and I regret it. The fries they decided to send to me were literally burnt to a crisp. The fact that they thought it was okay to do so is beyond me. If I was in person they would have never gave me those fries and that’s the issue with ordering online. They don’t care about the quality of the food they are giving to the customers. So, I went to Wendy’s and one of the employees was serving me. She asked me what I wanted, and I told her I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich, no mayo, a small fry, and a small drink. The food was delicious and the self-kiosk made ordering easy for us. However, the service was quite slow. We watched a customer wait a long time for assistance, and when a staff member finally arrived, they didn't know how to log into the register to take the order. Great food, but the team definitely needs better training on the equipment.

I had the most incredible short rib grilled cheese here today for lunch. It was mind blowing, actually. The place itself was nice and seemed like it could be a fun place to be at the right time. Somewhat pricey but what isn’t these days. I’d recommend this place, my coworkers were all happy with their dishes as well and again, that short rib grilled cheese was really something else.

The employee at night are crazy i ordered food online and first they say come to window the black girl with small glasses is very rude and then they say we closed they are open and just chilling inside no employees is working.

Im son wanted burgers for dinner. I Google burgers in the area and this location popped up. Decided to give it a try. The staff was helpful. Establishment was clean and welcoming. Order the mix and match sliders fries and milkshake. I will return to let you know how the food taste.

The staff are incompetent. The toilet is always closed. You have to wait 20 minutes to place an order, even though all the staff work very slowly. The staff don't know the menu. They don't know if cappuccino or latte is on the menu. It's awful! To get the toilet opened, you have to ask six times and approach every employee—it's ridiculous! Reconsider your attitude towards customers.

I don’t know who his name is but he is a black manger. He was so rude to me as a customer and he was so mean and belittling to the employees here. I brought this to his attention because I will not let know treat others this way and he told me to “get over it”. He needs to be fired immediately. No one should be talking to ANYONE in a dehumanizing ways these employees deserve better than to be treated like that when they are just trying to work. Way he spoke to me was very unprofessional.

Shoutout to Carolina at Smashburger, she was amazing! Super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience really smooth. Went here for Knicks finals games 3 and 4. Tables were already gone 3 hours before game time. This is one of the many dive bars in the west village area. Off the wagon belongs to the same chain as Down the Hatch and 3 Sheets which are both nearby. They all have very creative names. The offer cheap drinks and specials 7 days a week. Bartenders are friendly and during warmer days they open the main door/window for a nice breeze.

Every time I order a quarter pounder with cheese from this place, It comes to me raw. I used to love ordering from this McDonald's cause I know it gets a lot of traffic and the food is always fresh. But when I'm getting my Quarter Pounder Burger raw, it just shows me that the staff are just here to have a job and their main focus isn't on the quality of food they put out. Not everyone can cook, and this quality of food is evident of that.

Management should really ensure their staff is properly trained. For the second time this week, our late-night order included one regular Coke and one Diet Coke, and neither was labeled. As a diabetic, it’s critical for me to know which drink is safe to consume. This isn’t a minor detail, it’s a serious health concern.
