Very poor customer service experience. The employee handling orders was wearing earphones, repeatedly taking them in and out to hear customers, and communication was difficult. Customers had to repeat themselves several times, and there was unnecessary yelling across the counter. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from a McDonald’s location. Management should ensure employees remain attentive and communicate respectfully with customers and delivery drivers.

Very bad experience during night hours. The staff working at night are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t know how to talk to customers and show no professionalism at all. I felt very uncomfortable with their attitude. McDonald’s should seriously improve their night shift service and train their staff properly.

Came for an early dinner on a Monday, so it wasn’t crowded. We were seated promptly, and our waiter came over within minutes. We are a family from Vienna and currently on vacation in New York. Our kids saw Dave’s Hot Chicken on TikTok and wanted to try it. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Our kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful. One team member explained the menu and spice levels clearly, which helped us choose. Stopped into Haswell Greens while in Manhattan and what a great find! This place has such a fun energy from the moment you walk in. I come to this place a lot. If it's busy, sometimes there's a long wait for food and then the food is not always how it's supposed to be, but they're good people and try to make things right. Been a long time since we’ve been here and figured to stop in and see how the renovations look. The place looks good and basically clean. However, the food wasn’t hot like it used to be. The burgers, fries and onion rings were warm, not hot and fresh as in the past. The only thing that was as expected was the shakes. Nice and thick.

We were able to walk in for a table on the terrace during a game night around an hour before it started. It was a great seat considering how hectic it got inside. The food was decent and the waitress managed to come by every now and then in spite of the chaos inside. Kudos to the staff for keeping their cool and managing the night so well.

Empire Diner is a modern take on a classic NYC diner. The menu has a nice mix of comfort food staples and more updated dishes, so it works whether you want something familiar or a bit different. The Whiskey Tavern in NYC is one of the most welcoming and friendly bars I’ve ever been to, anywhere.
