This male employee with orange hair and accent is very rude. He was dealing with money and donuts and that is unsanitary. I cancelled my order after seeing that and requested my money. He told me not to ever comeback because he knows me. First of all I never seen him and secondly I can buy food from where I want. He needs to be fired if he is discriminating against ppl. Picked up pastries here to celebrate Women History Month at the office. Some of the most beautiful, and yummy, i have had in NYC. It is pricy, but worth a small splurge for celebration. Or just bright up my day everywhere now and then. People here are super nice too. There are seats inside you can get coffee to go with the pastries if you can't wait to dig in ;)

A 'hole' lot of flavor packed into one stop! You can really taste the signature wood-fired flavour. My niece loved the pizza bagel - the turkey avocado and veggie bagels were also incredible.

I unfortunately forgot to take pics when they were in cute cupcake stands at the party, but they were so beautiful and more importantly DELICIOUS!! They were a success at my daughter's Sanrio themed Sweet 16. This bakery will now be my go-to for all birthdays and big events! Ordering was a breeze, communication was excellent. They literally baked the wrong cake .. i asked for strawberry cake and strawberry filling . The lady said they had that… I cut the cake then it’s regular cake , not even vanilla. A bit out of the way, but the cookies are delicious, and service is friendly, and it's reliably stocked up, unlike another popular bakery close by (red gate). I got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie as well as the brown butter cookies. Both were delicious! I tend to feel like other places get a bit too heavy handed on the salt on cookies; but the salt and sweet here are well balanced. I'll be back!

I dont have much problems here, the service is… fast I guess? Flavor is general so its hard to put comment about it, but the staff did follow the order. I advise you to order it from the apps because the employees seem slow and … sometime confused. Good thing is its spacious so you can have more space to stand or talk or catch up with friends.

Got an onion bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox, and a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. Bagel was super fluffy and they gave a generous amount of lox. Clean store, friendly service - will be coming back!

The staff is very good, especially the boss, who is a very social and polite person. Masha is a very kind and helpful girl. Sara is truly helpful as well, and both girls make excellent coffee. I recommend it to everyone — they have the best coffee.

I will never come back here. I’ve been stopping in all week because it’s on my morning route, but I’m done. The coffee is completely watered down—there’s no coffee taste at all, it honestly tastes like chocolate milk. An incredibly cute little bakery with a homey atmosphere. The baked goods are decadent yet balanced with very unique flavors. The pickled PB&J bar is like an elevated version of a classic childhood sandwich. Would highly recommend stopping by for a delicious sweet treat! 🥪🍪

I visited Dunkin’ and was really disappointed by how hot it was inside. There was no air conditioning, and the place felt uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. I went there to get a cake for a special someone. I first ordered a cheese danish and it was extremely sweet and hard to swallow without a cup of water. I ordered the pineapple cheesecake and it looked beautiful, but when I cut it to share it. No one liked it, not only that but they couldn’t even finish the small piece given because it was overly sweet.

The manager’s behavior toward employees was one of the most unprofessional displays I’ve ever witnessed in a workplace. The constant disrespect, harsh tone, and apparent lack of basic decency toward staff created an uncomfortable environment for everyone present. As a customer, I found it disturbing to watch. Employees deserve respect, not humiliation. Management should take immediate action to address this behavior.

Wow. Just blown away by how good this is. Wish we'd discovered it on the first day it was SO good. We tried the pistachio and cherry croissant, the almond croissant, the Nutella cookie, the potato bureka, and the cheese danish pastry. Every single thing was incredible but the pistachio and cherry croissant might have been the tastiest pastries I have ever eaten. 10/10 would recommend. Cinnabon is Cinnabon, but this location scams customers with shady upcharges from the posted prices. I ordered a pecanabon for 7.29 and the cashier added a 1.75 additional charge the for caramel sauce that is part of the pecanabon. The price went to over $9 including tax. When I asked about it. The cashier said we have to charge more for the sauce whenever a pecanabon is ordered since we use the sauce. My card was already charged and I was stuck. This is a scam 😤.
