It's been hit or miss for the past 3 years as far as service. It's like a revolving door of staff, sometimes they're great, sometimes they're only nice to certain customers, you know which. Also this is a big tourist breakfast spot. They don't bother anyone, just sit at the window staring lol. RIGHT NOW, the servers are welcoming and kind. Hope they stick around. 🙏🏽

The pastries are delicious and so are the different drinks. I got the lychee bubble tea but without boba and instead got the lychee jelly, sooo good, it was a bit too sweet, but next time I’ll tell them to make it less sweet. My kiddo likes the marmalade lollipops that they sell. I wish they had more seating, but other than that the food is great.

Some of the most unfocused, shiftless people work at this location! You would assume that bc they are across from the metro north they would be more efficient. They don’t even acknowledge you when you are on line, they will help someone else when they should be helping you, they will put the needs of ppl who speak their language ahead of you. Do not waste your time here. I usually only get drinks bc their food is always stale and I don’t trust them to prepare the food properly.

I love going to think Dunkin, they are super friendly! After going a few times they remembered my order and are really nice about not upselling their customers. I have another one closer to me, I went there once as I was in the area and it just did not compare to the experience here. The manager who may be the owner is so down to earth and easy going. My kids also love the freshness of the donuts here. I'm not one to leave reviews ever! But this Dunkin Deserves it!

The service is lacking! Requested cold foam and received whipped cream. Didn’t even want to remake and she got upset with me for her mistake.

Their chicken cutlets are amazing the mararoni salad is great too but there is no sweetness in it, i know some people like it sweet i just enjoy one that has a crunch from the vegetables

Whoever this worker is, FIRE THEM! I placed a mobile order at 4:25pm and when walking up to the building at 4:34pm, he was outside staring at the sky. There was no one inside. It was not busy. Following behind me were two men that went to the register to order. My drink wasn’t even made yet, he continued to ignore me and serve the men first. As you can see he’s on the phone talking with a smug look at his face thinking it’s funny. FIRE HIM.

Bought a medium cup of hot green tea. Asked for an empty small cup (to cool off the tea). Told it will be $1. Store does not give away anything free. Customer in front of me bought a donut and asked for a wax paper not to dirty hands. Was told to use paper napkins. Unacceptable. Will never return to this store. Never, ever, any of the Dunkin Donuts stores refused an empty cup. Neither any of the competitors. Shame on you! Or this store management.

The employees here have to deal with a lot. Let the fact that DD and T-Mobile are the only stores open this side of the street tell you something. The Popeye's next door is closed, the halal food spot is closed and even the large drug store is closed. I'm happy DD is still holding it down but for how much longer? I only get the iced coffee here and it's always on point but my order is simple. Some of these orders customers have are ridiculous.

A hidden gem!! Very FRESH, high quality baked goods and coffee. The macaron (half shown as I couldn’t wait to take a bite) was delicious and the texture was amazing. Same with the scone -I tried a blueberry peach scone. Great combo and very friendly staff! Looking forward to going back.

Best dunkin in NYC. The staff here are kind and make good drinks. They also make sure the food is made well and are understanding if there is any issue with an order. They deserve the extra tip as most if not all of the workers have a smile on their face as they serve customers while fasting as they are muslim.

Bakery has a nice vibe as far as astethic. It has nice lighting and seating area smooth music that's not too loud. Definitely better ambiance than Paris baguette. This place is a gem! The staff are friendly and pleasant, even during the morning rush. The atmospher is inviting, making it a great spot to grab coffee and even breakfast. I frequent for bagels and fresh juices but their salads and baked items are also great. It’s clear they care about their customers and their craft. Highly recommend stopping in!

It is a small Japanese coffee shop conveniently situated located in one the Industrial city places. We were waiting for our entry in a 15 minutes line, but it was worth it to get there. We loved our baked goodies. My pumpkin spice latte was tasty and decorated, Okinawa cone was chewy and sweet. We preferred real ceramic coffee cups and were served by friendly and polite ladies. Good drop by and have morning or afternoon drinks here. Recommend for all.

We recently purchased cupcakes for my animal loving son's 6th birthday. I found Buttermilk on google and went for it based on their reviews. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious. Everyone loved them. They did a fantastic job with decorations and thefrosting was probably the best frosting I've ever tasted and I am not a sweets person. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I placed a mobile order for Wicked Munchkins, which were supposed to be assorted. I specifically ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, but I didn’t get a single chocolate one — they were all vanilla. The only thing that was right in my order was the hot chocolate. I feel like I completely wasted my $20 today by going to Dunkin’ Donuts. Legit I think whoever did the hiring at this Establishment needs to revaluate their workers because its always been you wait at the ice cream area to order what you want for ICECREAM and then pay for it after. The pastries here are absolutely delicious and unique, with flavors I've never seen before. My favorite pastries was the brown sugar poptart crossaint, sugar cookie almond crossiant, and salted honey blush crossaint. the service is amazing very nice and quick. Came in on a Monday morning looking forward to a lox bagel but was disappointed in the quality. Bagel was stale, and there was just a little bit of cream cheese on only one side. They were generous with the amount of lox, but with the bagel being as dry as it was it just didn't work for me

Very chill atmosphere. Soft piano music plays over the speaker at a low volume. There's a pretty view of the street. The chocolate cake was very good, and the hot chocolate was a perfect way to warm up on a chilly day.

I noticed Cafe D'avignon when I went to Dekalb Market Hall for a different shopping. French baguette breads and other products looked good. The bread I bought was really delicious. I was also satisfied with the friendly service of the staff. I will come back and try other coffee companion products.

Tina and the rest of the staff are great! Quick, efficient, and always welcoming me in with a warm smile. Tina will even have my order ready before I even reach the counter sometimes, even when she’s busy with other customers. Nice little Dunkin’ spot. It’s updated and is always super clean. Even if you go an hour before closing, they'll turn you away, saying they're washing the machines and can't make espresso or Americano. Their coffee is always terrible and never fresh.
