After finding out about Bagels & Cookie Flavored Cream Cheese being added to menu, I had to stop by my local ChipCity location to get my hands on it BUT unfortunately it's at participating locations only, though I was bummed, this location made it up with a NEW Cookie which is called COOKIES-N-CREAM CHEESECAKE. I have been a regular customer at this Dunkin for months now and had two bad experiences with one particular worker. The first time I ordered my usual which is an Americano. He told me the espresso machine was broken. I can’t prove it but I think that was a lie. My second experience only confirmed that the previous one was a lie. Worst damn Dunkin you can imagine. Shifts don't show up constantly. You waste your time going there for nothing. To top it off, there will be a worker there and they will deny you service knowing no one showed for the next shift. If a customers shows and you're there, you should service them at the least. Who's in the business of turning down money? Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to manage the workers better. Unacceptable.

I’m really disappointed with this place. They do not read orders correctly and end up giving you whatever they feel like. We're on a NYC trip, and we stopped at this great family restaurant. Ordered beef steak with rice and salad. Special chicken soup. The spicy sauce home made are great with every dish. Go there, you won't regret.

Stumbled across this spot and am sooooo pleased I did. I would trek to the 1 again just to come back here. Flaky, incredible pastry with savory cheese 8.5/10 The Ekmek 10/10 so creamy with a nice texture from the pistachios and bread and not too sweet at all. So glad I asked what this was and tried it!! Incredible. The tiramisu cheesecake also 10/10 just the perfect blend of everything you love about both of those desserts. Not too sweet. Very creamy. Highly recommend!

Small store on the west side of Lexington Avenue. Tiny, really. No seating. No bathrooms. But man, was that coffee delicious! And the doughnuts seemed to be on the larger side, and really fresh. The iced coffee at this Dunkin Donuts location is trash! First they fill your cup up with ice only to add hot coffee it gets diluted then they fill it up with milk. By the time you take a sip you're drinking water flavored coffee. I think the employees just aren't trained properly on how to make an iced coffee. I've been here over a dozen times in the past 3 months.

I came to this location 3/8/26 around 1:30 pm and not only is the location not the cleanest, they tried to argue with me about how to order an iced coffee that I’ve been getting the past 3 days. Told them what I wanted and he didn’t listen to me, tried to tell me I was wrong, and when I showed him how the drink is made ON THE APP(banana crème iced coffee) he still didn’t listen. I have ordered from Joe at bagel villa for years. He's my go to for catering orders for work and personal events. All orders always arrive on time and the food is always very fresh. All the employees are always very courteous and do a terrific job. Food is always delicious and fresh. Place is always spotless and sanitary. Best bagel store in NYC.

Great 1st time given I have lived in the neighborhood for 30 years but never patronized them but was in a serious hinkering of lox and a fresh bagel 🥯 🐟. Thankfully they did not disappoint.
