But I will say I love the manager and how he keeps everything clean and how he keeps his employees in check making sure they do the right thing. I was just in there the other day and he was making sure his employee had his gloves on and speaking correctly to the customers. This place is legit. The staff was helpful, there were lots of schmear options, service was pretty quick, and the food was tasty. Checked all my boxes! I ordered an egg everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox. It was loaded and fresh - just perfectly flavored. If you want a plain bagel, fine there are lots of shops. If you want flavor and a selection to satisfy cravings, this is it.

The NY cheesecake is amazing!! It is only topped by the chocolate covered cheesecake. It has such a rich and wonderful flavor it literally melts in your mouth. The Bagels were also delicious, the bagel was perfectly toasted and the cream cheese tasted so fresh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The person who took my order, Rusha, got my drink wrong and then argued with me instead of fixing it. I ordered a cappuccino, but was given a latte. When I pointed it out, Rusha insisted that I ordered a latte and even said they are “the same thing,” which is simply not true. Came all the way from Danbury CT to get cream cheese puffs for my friends birthday noticed that half my order looked darker than the rest the gentleman at the counter said it was due to the oil not being changed yet. His co worker had assured me that that wasn’t it and that it’s because they were fresh. Drove home 2hrs and decided I’d try it before gifting it and I’m glad it did because they are literally ROCKS. $50 and half my order is inedible

Today was my first time trying cookies at Chip City, I was welcomed by both Cierra and Ryan. They both made me feel excited to try something new and was very helpful by giving their opinions on the menu and telling me what type of cookies they had today. Personally i think it’s safe to say this spot is better than crumble.

We stopped by Coffee Factory just to kill some time while waiting for a nearby restaurant to open, and ended up only getting coffee—but it turned out to be a great choice. The space is spacious and comfortable, with lots of menu options to choose from. Most importantly, the coffee was very good—smooth, well-made, and enjoyable. A nice place to relax for a bit and grab a solid cup of coffee. We’d definitely come back again.

I ordered from their catering menu for a Knicks-themed breakfast celebration for my office. Everything about this process was exceptional. The owner Rico, was very attentive and made sure that my last minute order was not a problem at all. It was on time and the entire staff was very friendly and attentive. I rarely even write reviews but I’m not sure if the afternoon staff this day had a bad day or what but I never experienced such terrible service in my life. The store wasn’t any where near busy however I ordered ahead and was met with nothing but unwarranted eye rolls and an incomplete order. I didn’t take it personally at first so I didn’t mind the wait, I even tipped in cash while my order was still being done. I ended up getting smushed donuts in the process and then proceeded to get ignored

Ordered mocha iced coffee and very clear instructions and received a caramel iced coffee. Ordered a turkey egg and white cheddar wake up wrap, got one with American cheese instead. the perfect birthday cake!!! I was truly blown away not only by the presentation but the flavor and quality of the cake. Me and a dear friend had breakfast here and the coffee walnut with oatmeal latte was devine! Also to mention the brazillian cheese puff was warm and delicious! This Dunkin gets BUSY. I gave the 4 stars for the food because I love Dunkin. Definitely a guilty pleasure. But the ladies in there handle the orders like a champ. It can't always be perfect because of the rush that comes and the online orders but they are great. Bought come across the usual Zombie in there or at the front door though.

I got more than 15 minutes before they close at 9 pm even writing this it’s still not 9pm and they stated they were closed they went and turned off the light it was 2 men there and they were making themselves cups of coffee telling us no. OMG. A pastry lovers ultimate dream bakery. Every pastry, cookie you could think of is made right there and on bakers sheets all over the small store. The aroma alone is intoxicating. I came to get a cake for a new year’s eve party and right away the place smelled so good upon entering. They have a lot of options shown in display that you can choose from. The service was quick as well so I didn’t wait long to get attended. The cake itself was ~$50. The cake was really good as well and I liked how it tasted basically like coffee.

This spot seems more of a cafe than their location on 43rd, with less plants surrounding you, and just more space to move around throughout.
