A really cool hidden gem. I went here with a couple of friends for my birthday and we had a blast! While there are only a few 2-seaters by the cashier, there are two larger 6-person tables in the back. The space was nice and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and kind—especially when we had a little mix-up with our drink order. This is my favorite noodle restaurant in nyc, i come have lunch here every time i visit. The food is incredible and for the price you cannot compare. The portion sizes are huge and i always struggle to finish my meal. They have vegetarian options which i personally love, as well as great side dishes. The Mimi Cheng’s flavored dumplings were very juicy and I enjoyed them. I was disappointed in the Pork & Chive. They were not as juicy as the chicken and the triangular shape kept opening up. Dipping sauce was good, but not great. It was a little heavy on the vinegar and it looked like there was chili oil, but I didn’t taste any spice. One of my favorite Hong Kong Cafe's in the area. My favorite dish was definitely the Peanut butter French toast. It was made to perfection and the guy asked us if we wanted the thin toast or thicker French toast instead. I'm so glad we decided to go with the French toast. It might've been our batch but the rice noodles seemed to have been a bit old and reheated but it was still decent. Can't wait to come back here and try different dishes!
