The location is inside the Empire State Building, so it does get crowded, but the energy adds to the NYC vibe. We love the monkey cup. It's a little dim and unfortunately the arepas are only available Friday- Sunday from the morning until the afternoon. They're so good! I got a black bean and white cheese one and the arepa itself is made from scratch by a Venezuelan man! So good. And I love the Spanish lattes and the turmeric lemonade.

I purchased a scone this morning from a Gregory’s Coffee location in Midtown Manhattan. While I was eating it, I noticed multiple visible patches of mold (green/blue and dark spots) inside the product. I had already consumed part of the scone before realizing it was contaminated. This was my first time trying this type of drink, and honestly, it was just okay. I ordered the Passion Fruit Refresher with green tea 🍵. It wasn't bad, but it felt very basic for the price, especially in NYC where there are so many bubble tea 🧋 options. While coming back from the MET, we stopped here for a quick coffee. It was around 6 PM, so I’m guessing it was close to closing time. Whenever I go to a coffee shop—especially a local one—I prefer getting my drink in a proper cup instead of those plastic ones. The Starbucks at 251-05 Jericho has exceptional customer service and a really nice, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place to relax or grab a drink. Service is consistently smooth and enjoyable, which makes this location stand out.

Beautiful design on floor to ceiling, even cuts, the art on wall makes you feel like you are at an art museum and coffee is just on an aside u till you try the coffee. Since April every time I’m ordering a hot drink, always half empty, so from now on Starbucks starts to charge for Air already? Went to grab a coffee to go with our Leon's bagels. I got the lavender latte with oat milk and it was the best lavender latte I've ever had (and that's my usual order if it's on the menu of any coffee shop that I go to). Honestly I’m incredibly upset at this type of service especially for someone being in the city, the guy took my order , didn’t read it out loud and made it wrong , when I asked for a refund , it was incredibly difficult . The barista who took my order was Tyler. The staff on Saturday AM 3/21/2026 was very pleasant! The cashier was very kind, explained what my drink was to help me make a decision, and wrote a nice message on my cup “good vibes”. They also cheered about a customers birthday. The folks at the end of the bar were also very pleasant, letting me know my order was coming up and completed the order timely and followed my special request for light ice. I didn’t catch anyone’s name but the whole experience was timely and enjoyable.

Terrible service. One of the drinks in my delivery order (a Venti latte) arrived only 25% full. Customer service was unhelpful; they refused to send a replacement and would only issue a refund (which takes up to a week to process). They even claimed they couldn't find the store location I ordered from. My initial hesitation about ordering was justified. Never again.

Visited Friday morning in late June 2026. Fortunately, we were able to grab two high chair seats while enjoying our drinks & meals The food was well prepared & drinks used high quality coffee beans. The atmosphere is what you’d expect of the FiDi district on a Friday morning & people watching out the window made the experience worthwhile I highly recommend!

This Starbucks is right across from our hotel and down the street from Time Square. It’s very convenient for us to go here especially since the coffee at our hotel was not good. They get pretty busy here at times and it seems like they have a decent system going to get everyone’s order out as quickly as possible. A nice cafe, that specializes in matcha. I already had their regular matcha in a different branch, and it was quite good, so this time I wanted to try something new and went for the daydream matcha, that had honey & cinnamon. As expected, it was obviously sweeter than just plain matcha, but it was delicious and refreshing, and a new take on matcha that I haven't tried before. Loved it, and would definitely come back here to try some more of their original matcha drinks.

It’s is incredibly tiny in here, and the wait is still very long. I’d order ahead because you’re going to be waiting a long time no matter what, and there’s nowhere to sit. I’d also not get the basic drinks like the jasmine milk tea because I think other stores do those better, but heytea does better unique drinks.

Stopped by Hey Tea near NYU and had a great experience. They have a large selection of bubble tea with plenty of options to choose from, whether you want something classic or more creative. The drinks came out fairly quick, which is perfect for a busy area like this. The staff was very friendly and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from ordering to pickup. Solid spot for bubble tea if you're in the area and want something quick, easy, and well done.
