They first messed up my order by giving me just a soup instead of a mac and a sandwich and chips, and now from the new order that took very long to get I found one of the pieces of chicken raw in my sandwich. Severely raw, not even just a “little undercooked.” This can make people extremely sick.

This is their second location. It’s a grab and go kind of place. I really love the 5-spice banh mi. It’s warm and flavorful, well marinated with a good portion of meat. The original #1 is also good. First came here in like 2019, been eating the same sandwich ever since. The Vegitalian is a perfect sandwich in my books; sweet, savory, salty, tangy. Love that they make fresh juice right in front of you with whatever fruits and vegetables you want. I got my sandwich&soup dine-in order as soon as it was ready and the sandwich was toasted but cold, and even with the warmer soup was disappointing considering all the other options in this area. The upstairs dining room is ok, good for working on a laptop. I was at other Panera's last year and for dine in, you get porcelain or reusable platesware but not here. Strangely, a beer store was the only coffee stop open in a few blocks at 9am on a Sunday. They were super nice and filled up my reusable cup. Coffee starts around $3 for an americano. Lots of seating. Cool vibe. Good spot for to buy a food gift or nice charcuterie too.

Great place to fulfill your Italian sandwich cravings! The bread that they use is particularly good—and so fresh! It’s a tad more than what I usually pay for a sandwich, but the quality of the ingredients is excellent here. I recommend La Summer sandwich (Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil). I used to come here a lot but today is the last time because of the woman who made my coffee today. She was very rude. She also served her “regular client” before me. Once my coffee was ready, I asked her if it is oat milk and instead of saying politely yes, she started saying “oats” repeatedly and disrespectfully as if I don’t speak English. Disgusting behavior. Unfortunately, the salmon was overcooked, dry, and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the zucchini was burned and inedible. Good sandwiches but pretty lean on the meat. Also I ordered a hot sandwich for pickup and it was ice cold, so it was never heated. Pretty disappointing for a $20 sandwich. Should have been perfect and with a generous amount of meat. The toppings were also disproportionate due to the minimal meat, so the spicy pepper spread (which was good) was way too much related to the meat and it made the sandwich imbalanced and overly salty.

This store/smoothie/sandwich/salad store is my go to place when in the area. The staff is amazing and remember my order, super friendly and just great. The food and smoothies are fantastic. This family run deli has everything you need. Their cheesecake is better than 98% of cheesecakes you can find in New York. The price is budget friendly, and there are some outdoor seatings! Their other bake goods look equally tasty, and I wish I could have them all. Definitely recommend!

Inferior to most i’ve had in New York. The scallion tofu was strangely green but tasted alright. Maybe this would be fine if the bagel didn’t come out to over 7$! This is well over a dollar more than other shops in the area. I would recommend Bob’s or David’s over Bagel Belly easily. Better bagels
