I went on MLK, so the place was very crowded. The wait to order was about 20 mins, and the wait doe the food was about 45 mins. The tables were hard to grab given the crowd. I enjoyed my sandwich and the cake. They were good but not special—not worth the crowd or the wait for me. But if I live near by and there is no wait, I would frequent the spot. We went on May 26 morning.The service here was exceptional—the waitress was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. I hate coming here. The staff almost always has an attitude. The cashiers are slow… Especially Fadjina. They have the new Jalapeño cheeseburger advertised big and bold yet in the middle of the day the burger is not available. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I waited 13 minutes for my McFlurry, and when I finally received it, it didn’t even have caramel, even though that’s what I ordered. On top of that, the staff responded to me with smirks and an unfriendly attitude instead of trying to help. I understand places can get busy, but the customer service and quality of the order were really disappointing. I hope this can be improved.

STAY AWAY!!! Wanted to try classic Wendy’s. This was utterly terrible! Staff didn’t care. The oil for the fries was very old! Black!! The service was non existence. The food?!?? DISGUSTING!! I was visiting NYC and staying at a nearby hostel, and I stopped into this McDonald’s several times for breakfast. Although there are four self‑serve kiosks, only one was working during each of my visits. Seating inside is very limited, and the restaurant was quite messy — the floors were sticky and the dining area didn’t seem well maintained. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

We ordered the Bushman and the Bullet heroes, and while the sandwiches themselves were flavorful, there was a noticeable issue with the quality. The menu clearly stated that they would be made with chicken cutlets, but instead we were served chicken patties. That substitution made a big difference overall sandwiches. Fast and efficient! Visited for lunch and although they were filling close to 30 orders at a time it only took about 5 min to receive my food. Tons of people working to prep all the salads then put them out for pickup. I chose one of the protein salads and it was delicious!

Such a great spot! My husband and I visited today and got the Eastie (salami prosciutto and sweet peppers) and the Cootlet. They’re super solid sandwiches and were very filling. We had a very positive experience traveling through Terminal 8 at JFK! We found Alaska Airlines flight crew to be delightful and the seats in Section B to be comfortable! You can order food in advance of your flight but I’d recommend buying food in the terminal.

I’ve been to this location numerous amount of times and every time I order grilled nuggets they never give the accurate amount. An amazing sandwich shop! Had the popcorn chicken which is one of the best chicken appetizers I've ever had. The tomato soup was delicious and served with pesto bread. We were able to get the brunch panini even though it wasn't brunch time and that was amazing too. Panini bread was thin with a good crisp outside. Good portions too, and the service was great.
