I had a wonderful experience here for dinner with my friend. The interior design was so pleasing with a pink theme, countless monsteras, draped curtain ceilings, and curved couches. They had a coat check for our bags and coats which helped a lot because we went shopping before. Everything we ate tasted so good. We ordered the focaccia with whipped ricotta, charred octopus, and agnolotti black truffle fonduta. The focaccia was crunchy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. The octopus wa

This little pizzeria serves Neapolitan-style pies straight from the wood-burning oven.
San Matteo continues to be one of my go-to spots. The pizza is consistently excellent, always cooked to perfection with that ideal balance of crisp and chew. It’s the kind of place where you know exactly what you’re getting every time, and it never disappoints. The pasta dishes I’ve tried have also been very good. The rigatoni bolognese stands out as a favorite: rich, hearty, and done right. Another go-to is the vestuti pizza, which I keep coming back to. A great way to start the meal is with

Came on Friday evening around 5:30 to grab happy hour (4-6pm weekdays) and dinner. It was very quiet so we had any choice of table options so we grabbed the first seat outdoors. Our happy hour wine ($10) came with a small aperitivo (nuts or olives). The wine was your standard inexpensive hh option of red or white (tried both) and they were ok—nothing mind blowing. My husband and I shared a pizza for dinner which is always great at Levante. We ended up with 2 pieces left over. We asked for some f

Tried Gnoccheria with some out of town friends that needed to get out of their midtown bubble after my wife saw the restaurant on a tik tok. Was really happy with the choice and the unique menu with obvious focus on gnocchi. Two of us ordered the sample which was too much food for 1 person (designed for 2) but great for sharing. I had the milenesa (chicken cutlet) with gnocchi and another tried the carbonara. Went light on apps but apps all looked good. Bruschetta comes in 3’s but with four of u

Came here for girls dinner. Love the ambiance of this place! Good for casual drinks and some food. While the ambiance was amazing inside, I wasn’t wowed with the food. I felt like it was very mid. I definitely have had better food elsewhere. Not really sure if it was what I ordered but we got the NY strip and it was flavorful but not the best I ever had and it costed $65. We had a very nice family dinner there. Super nice ambience and service. None of the dishes really wowed me. I would still recommend trying the gnocchi which they make from ricotta cheese. The saffron risotto I think missed the mark. But super nice ambience and lighting, we had a good time!

We found Felice by chance on our last day in NYC mid-afternoon. From the first second we felt like in Italy. The Spaghetti Vongole with Oil and Garlic were just delicious as all our other meals. The Tiramisu is homemade and real Italian style, light as air, not the heavy American style. Absolut top and very attentive service. We enjoyed and recommend this location for locals and for tourists.

The ribeye was excellent, and the ragù pasta was rich and full of flavor. The Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe were both good, though a bit simple and could have used a touch more seasoning. We had dinner in their patio area and it was beautiful, great ambiance and even better service especially for a big group catching up on gossip. We visited this lovely Italian restaurant with my family to celebrate our mom’s birthday. There were five of us. The service was wonderful — the staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was good, but I wouldn’t say it was anything special. My husband didn’t like the meat dish he ordered, and my mom’s pasta was too spicy. My pasta, however, was perfectly fine. The atmosphere of this place is very nice and the food is pretty good. It was a bit on the pricey side but the portion size makes up for it. I went on a weekend and they had their breakfast carbonara which I highly recommend. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that but instead their bolognese rigatoni. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. It’s a wonderful place. The food is always excellent and the service amazing. However, I recently ordered the tagliata (steak dinner), and it just came with the steak and arugula…in the past it’s always come with mashed potatoes.
