Had a blast at Dave & Buster's! The dining area is really spacious, the food and drinks are awesome, and there are tons of games to play. Perfect spot for a fun night out with friends or family!

This is a great place to grab a 3 course meal for under $20. They also have the option to order take home meals for $10. We usually come here for lunch on a weekday, so it’s super quiet and the server is always attentive since it’s not too busy. The food is delicious- but I do have to say some items either had too much salt or too much pepper one time. I did experience some old pieces of lettuce in my salad once, but I just ate around it- bound to happen in restaurants here and there. Good lunch

Allison was our server today, and from the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and such positive energy. The staff at this Shake Shack are friendly, and the service moves fast without feeling rushed. The food was delicious, exactly what you want from Shake Shack. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the Staten Island Mall, making it an easy stop before or after shopping.

Best of the best! Makes me wish I still live on Staten Island, but we make it a point to go there every single time we visit. I grew up on Staten Island and this place has not changed one bit. Place is clean but it's not stroller friendly to enter and order. Luckily I can place mobile orders but I couldn't look at the tumblers and mugs. If I push my stroller any closer I will block everyone. I wish they do something about the entrance to the register. I don't always like ordering on mobile. Drinks are on point, as usual. Staffs are quick during rush hour. They're a lot busier now since the one at the mall closed.

When walking into the establishment I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and how friendly all the staff are. In particular the team member “Nick” did a great job in explaining all the options they had to offer and at the end of my experience I was set up on the qdoba app to start getting points for future orders. On September 3rd at 11:30 pm I placed an online order for a chicken sandwich & spicy wings and fries however the chicken sandwich wasn’t a chicken sandwich… it had tenders in it … they are lucky I didn’t go to the store asking for refund. Now I have to check my food and sauces everytime I go to location. This is unacceptable if there wasn’t any chicken then decline the order or let us know when we get there. Please check your food!! Does the food come out the servers paycheck ? This store used to be a good portion but now they are very stingy and give small portions. I ordered broccoli and a big piece of broccoli was in their servers spoon. She put it back. Why? What went on in her head to think "I will replace the big piece with a smaller piece"? Unacceptable level of service. I ordered a cappuccino (took 20-30 minutes to finish) and asked to use the bathroom. Finally, a realfruit location near me! I love mango. Mango chunk diamond drink is my favvv I dream about it. It’s located right outside the si mall food court for easy find. I struggled nd didn’t know which storefront they were at. Kiosk for easy ordering and friendly staff. Easy mango craving close to home.

Was trying out a new spot and this place was so delicious. Great service too, the second I sat down they handed me water. My server Charlene was fun to talk to and explained everything on the menu to me! I would definitely recommend the teriyaki tori and chicken curry.
