First time at this 5 Guys. Better than another close by location. The burgers, melts and shakes were very good as was the service. Also, maybe because it wasn’t busy, the place was very clean. As with the majority of similar burger chains, the burgers are a little pricey. But what isn’t these days. We’ll be back.

Dear management it’s 10:47pm Thursday night. When you close off your lobby and force everyone to use the drive through so you can “clean the floors” you create a bottleneck that destroy your brand. This is why your uber and door dash customers end up with cold food. Terrible management decision making. The staff prepares the app order and just leaves it there to go cold. Meanwhile one by one they take drive through customer orders and prepares them. This is really sad.

I really love this place! Everything here is amazing — from the chocolate to the drinks, everything tastes so good. The quality is always consistent and satisfying. It’s honestly one of the best places to just relax and chill. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for spending time with friends or even enjoying some quiet time alone. Came here unexpectedly and it ended up being a blessing. These were the best empanadas I’ve tasted by far — full of tender meat, and the outer crust was packed with flavor. The sauce compliments the empanada perfectly. The grilled chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. amazing food!!! i got mozzarella sticks and a cheese slice, and both tasted amazing, especially the marinara sauce that came with the sticks. the pizza was cheesy and warm, but i did knock off one star because the wait for the mozzarella sticks was a little longer than expected and there's no seating for that long of a wait. besides that, i do enjoy their food and will be coming back soon!

Quality bakery store: fresh cakes; delicious taste; unique and original taste. It's so easy to order using the app; collect points: redeem them, etc. Our celebrations can't go without this brand cakes. We are very glad that our neighborhood has its branch. This was my first time ordering food, and I should have known the moment I walked in that it was a red flag. No air conditioning? It was 93 degrees in New York City! To top it off, I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes. The only reason I waited was because I was craving some soul food. However the server will bring spicy seasonings to your table for those who eat spicier food. If you place an order to-go the seasonings are placed on the side and included with your order.

Really solid Dunkin’ location. The line moved quickly and the staff stayed friendly and efficient even while it was busy. My iced coffee was made perfectly and the donuts were fresh. It’s a convenient stop when you need a quick pick-me-up, and the store itself looked clean and well maintained. I’d definitely stop here again.

I was genuinely surprised by how clean and well kept this place was. I detest the area outside of that train station. The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent.They provided adequate napkins spoons and condiments. But let’s get to the main attraction… the biscuit. The biscuit was tremendously soft. It was the best I’ve had in eons. Come to this place each time I visit Brooklyn. I like the kind service that people who work there proved, nice design of the shop and of course delicious coffee they make. A hidden gem and arguably the best pizza in the Throgs Neck area. It is in my opinion. It's quiet, tucked away, small and intimate. The pizza is always hot, fresh and tasty. Staff inviting and friendly. The chicken parm as well as the sausage onion and peppers slice are the highlights for me. You may hear about Tommy's, Emilio's and Louie & Ernies when people talk pizza but Loretta's is where it's at.

Another solid omakase spot in NYC. Went for the 17 course and you are more than full by the end. Fun creative pieces of sushi, the sake pairing was a fun addition that wasn't cost prohibitive. Fish was fresh, the staff was very attentive, and the Chef we had was a blast to talk to not only about his own sushi experience but also his cooking history. I was honestly surprised the place was not more crowded than it was.
