Visiting S2S is one of my must-dos when traveling to New York City. I love their iced lattes and the coffee itself is chef’s kiss! Their cocktails are delicious and the food is next level! A small coffee shop to grab a coffee and run. There are 6 bar stools, no tables to sit, well, this is a city coffee shop. There is a small selection of desserts, in principle, a good cafe, with pleasant service. North Pole Pub is a good spot to hang out before a Liberty game or any event at Barclays. I dropped in for a quick coffee on my way back to the subway from an appointment. The cakes and pastries looked SOOOO yummy although I resisted temptation 😈 It was tough! I am a Kentucky Colonel. Yes I am and I live KFC. Sadly in NYC it’s hard to find one. I was leaving Madison Square Gardens and I saw the sign. I had to have some KFC. I am not a fan of the mashed potatoes or the biscuits but the Cole slaw is ok even though the slaw here had no twang. But the chicken tasted good but my lands the pieces were small.

What an amazing find!!! As an Italian, I truly felt home eating here. Ferdinando and his sister are such great people and the food is absolutely delicious. In from NC late and hotel recommended I would not call it southern hospitality, but Maria H was efficient and effective with her Brighten beach accent. But the Sea Bass was over the top and so moist and flavorful with a touch of heat. On a bed of baby bok choy that was also so good. After I gushed about the bass, Maria gave a warm smile and was sincere that she was glad I enjoyed it. I guess that is NYC hospitality.

This location is a disgrace, and it is 100% the fault of management, not the employees. I swear they are just selling day-old leftovers grabbed from other stores. Came in for a quick snack and had a very pleasant experience. The plateware for the sushi is beautiful. The chopstick holders are very unique and innovative. Came here Saturday around 3/4 pm and despite its a small place, there’s enough room to seat. We ordered the shrimp and pork dumplings and the beef noodle soup. The dumplings was delicious, but the noodle soup had too much fat at the meat and not too much flavor.

EXCELLENT!!! The best food, service & staff. I have been here many times over the last few years, and it is the place I order from for takeout/delivery the most often anywhere in the neighborhood. Their delivery people are awesome. Everything I've had here has been excellent. My favorites are the laska soup noodles with shrimp and coconut curry stew with garlic rice.
