Had one al pastor and one carne asada. Both were pretty flavorless but not terrible. Carne asada was too chewy. Wouldn’t come back unless wanted tacos and was nearby.

Went here with my brother for breakfast last week. It was excellent. I got huevos pericos (scrambled eggs with tomato, peppers, green onions, etc.) and he got the rice and beans with sausage. Both were excellent. The green hot sauce was also really good—we almost went through an entire bottle. Finally we split a vanilla do if which was more like a donut eclair; very very sweet but good. In short, I loved this place. There is no wonder it is so hyped up and popular.

I LOVE this place! Italian cuisine is not my #1 cuisine, but Fontanas definitely moves it up my list to #2! The most disappointing part is the portions are small. I ordered seven skewers of meat, hardly feeds one person. There was more lemons than meat. The food is also very charred. Picked up lunch earlier today. We got the chicken over rice, lamb over rice and some falafel. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted great. The gentleman helping us made sure we had everything we needed, offered to give us some additional sauces to try and was very helpful. Their house sauce tasted great with the falafel. Today we came to Dunkin’ Donuts to celebrate a special occasion and buy donuts, but unfortunately the experience completely ruined our mood. The woman who served us was extremely rude and visibly unhappy to help customers. No smile, no kindness, no basic courtesy — just a very negative attitude. Customer service like this is really disappointing, especially on a day that was supposed to be special for us.

Fantastic cocktail and food. The bartender with the white shirt was excellent and chill, but the one with the black shirt was rude - we asked him if there was anything vegetarian and he replied just check the menu; and he poured the water rudely that the water splashed all over the table and without any apologies. Very shocking to receive this kind of service and experience at a supposedly high class bar. Maybe we were the only Asians there?

New York City, Union Square Baya Bar is awesome, aesthetically pleasing and super friendly. Though this location is small it is warm and inviting. My favorite dive bar in the city or boroughs by far. Perfect atmosphere with good music and pinball. Phenomenal deals on happy hour or just all day with great cocktails on tap. The doganitang was deeply flavorful and soothing, with the kind of richness you expect from longtime, well-loved soup houses.
