We had a very bad pickup experience here. They made drivers wait outside in freezing weather for pickup orders while marking the food as ready in the system just to protect their store rating. Even though the order showed ready, we were kept waiting outside for a long time. The staff’s attitude was disrespectful and felt very dismissive and rude toward drivers. No one should be treated like this, especially in such cold conditions. Very disappointing service.

They have the new Jalapeño cheeseburger advertised big and bold yet in the middle of the day the burger is not available. The short manager with the bat-winged eyelashes was berated a team member right at the register for diners to hear. Just unprofessional. This used to be the best Wendy’s on this side of town. Fantastic live jazz, great drinks, and a wonderfully inviting atmosphere. It’s an excellent spot for any jazz lover, with music that really shines and a vibe that keeps you relaxed and engaged throughout the night. I especially want to highlight the non alcoholic negroni. We hade a birthday party for my grand child. We went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't too crowded. We were the only one having a birthday party that day so the host was able to concentrate on us.
